Will definitely stay again!
Pros:

Most comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was clean and fresh. Staff friendly, breakfast was terrific!! Only about 10 miles from the beach. We were there for the sea turtle night walk. Great place to stay . Oh and right by the outlet stores :) Parking had great lighting

managers argumentative when trying to handle the situation blaming the flooded toilet on the customer saying nothing was
Pros:

we were in a handicap room and the toilet bowl flooded. They asked us to come to the front desk and get a plunger to plunge the toilet ourselves. They have nobody on site at night to help with any mechanical problems or room issues.

Cons:

The toilet was sluggish when urinating when we showed up, we figured it was nothing. Somebody had a bowel movement and it was stuffed in clock at that point we were asked to come up from the handicap room, get a plunger and plugged out our own toilet no service at night no maintenance meant nothing. They leave blame on the customer to fix their problem and the management is very poor. Didn’t speak to me properly.

My first time experience was amazing ! Sabrina welcomed me in and provided excellent Customer Service . Making sure everything was up to date and accurate. But I will say the experience always starts at the beginning. As soon as I walked in Sabrina maintained a friendly, professional, and will say the best experience I have ever experienced checking into any hotel. I will most definitely be coming back. I want to thank the hotel staff and management for providing great customer service. Thank you again Sabrina !

Wonderful Experience at a difficult time (Funeral)

The arrival to departure was topnotch,my experience was made even more pleasurable by Sabrina at the front desk and Daphmine and Louisane in Housekeeping.
