The mattress and bed springs are worn out, causing them to squeak, and the bed is so soft that it causes back discomfort.

Очень отзывчивый, внимательный и услужливый персонал. Прекрасно встретили, заселили быстро. Дали рекомендацию по замечательному ресторану на ужин. Нам нужно было сделать копию паспорта, сотрудники нам помогли. Персонал - лучший! Свежий отель, со стильным дизайном. Отличный завтрак, особенно нам понравилось завтракать на открытой террасе. Потрясающий вид на крыше, бассейн с освежающей водой спас нас и восстановил силы после насыщенного и жаркого дня. Отличное месторасположение, все в шаговой доступности. С огромный удовольствием вернулись бы снова.

Very close to almost everywhere. Rooms are nice and big.
Only one day the cleaning was not good. Also there are some dust in the bathroom which is not a very big deal

The location
Nice hotel, clean and in a great location. I had a very early check in, and they were able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated.
My only disappointment was the restaurant. I ordered the salmon for dinner, it came in cubes and was very bland, dipped in something like A1 sauce and not much other flavor. I only ate one piece and couldn’t finish the meal. I mentioned it to the waiter when he asked, he apologized, but I was still charged the full price. Since I was staying at the hotel, I would have appreciated some kind of discount or gesture, especially since I work in customer service and know how much that can mean to a guest.
Other than that, everything was great and I enjoyed my stay.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es wurden in der sehr warmen Jahreszeit die Getränke in der Minibar gratis serviert. Das Personal an der Rezeption war auch freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Verbindung zu Metro war sehr gut so dass die Zeit die man zum Flughafen braucht nicht länger als 40 Minuten war.
Die Preise waren etwas höher als sonst, vielleicht wegen mehreren Veranstaltungen in Madrid an diesem Wochenende. Sonst gibt es nichts zu beantsanden.
