El personal muy amistoso y las instalaciones muy comodas y seguras.

La ubicaciòn esta perfecta, cerca al metro y a estaciones de bus. El Desayuno es Buffet, pienso que deberian variar la carta. Las camas muy comodas. El agua caliente superexcelente.

An excellent base for exploring by day and having a drink with views in the evening.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Fantastic terrace! Great location. Short walks to the palace, Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol.

Cons:

We have no complaints. The room was small, but we knew it would be - and the tradeoff was the wonderful terrace!

Felt like a 3 star, not 4 star.

Cons:

Rooms were tiny and dated with peeling paint on the ceiling and walls, mold growing in and around shower. Breakfast was subpar with a bad coffee machine, very odd cold scrambled eggs. Fruit was good. Definitely not a four star. Rick Steve's rates this hotel as luxury...no way!!!!

Ich buche wieder hier.
Pros:

Alle Mitarbeiter:innen waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, so dass alle Ausflüge zu Fuß gemacht werden können.
