Pros:

The facility was fine. There was microwave in each room. We didn't try to do laundry. Room was tiny as expected though we liked the arrangement of the room to leave us more space. Location was close to train stations though in q quieter part.

Cons:

Room smelled dusty and blankets were itchy. All the pillows were flat.

Simplemente un poco la ubicación

Cons:

Las habitaciones estaban sucias con manchas en las paredes en los edredones y cojines( manchas muy visibles y asquerosas) pelos en todas partes especialmente en la alfombra, sin hablar de las batas que estaban llenas de suciedad. Las camas muy muy incómodas. La peor experiencia de Japón.
Por no hablar del desayuno que te dan un box con dos bolas de arroz malolientes, que no están refrigeradas que lo sacan debajo del mostrador, teniendo un café en la entrada...

関西（大阪）旅行時の宿泊起点ができました、、、という感じ
Pros:

朝食（軽食）が食べられるレストランがそばにあったことが、ラッキーというか助かった。

Cons:

（お茶・ジュース類の）自販機が1Fにしかないのが、やや難点（不便）だった。
