Un hôtel de caractère
Pros:

L’immeuble ainsi que la décoration intérieure ont beaucoup de caractère. Immeuble ancien, boiserie, ascenseur d’époque, fresque murale…. Beaucoup d’authenticité et d’originalité dans la décoration.
Le petit-déjeuner est remarquable : enfin un petit-déjeuner qui ne ressemble pas à tous les petits-déjeuners d’hôtel! Des charcuteries et fromages danois, des salades originales, du fait maison…. On sort enfin des petits-déjeuners standardisés généralement servis dans les hôtels!

Cons:

La décoration des chambres n’est pas à la hauteur de celle des parties communes. Pas de parking dans l’hôtel. Pas de restaurant ni room service.

Pros:

-nous séjournions dans une merveilleuse suite avec vue imprenable, au centre ville.
-tout était parfait dans ce prestigieux hôtel: petit-déjeuner, hébergement, décorations artistiques d'un très bon goût ,situation et évidemment les excellentes prestations du staff .

Pros:

Historisk flott hotell med sjarm og følelse av en svunnen tid. Man blir satt litt tilbake i historien. Nydelig frokost i den flotte glassgården. Meget hyggelig og god service.

Pros:

Location was great, hotel is old and cool. The double doors on the rooms and the room key chain were fun.

Cons:

The service was some of the worst I have experienced in my life. Absolutely not befitting a hotel of this calibre. Very off putting.

Perfect stay
Pros:

Welcoming, perfect location, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast options of high standard. Nothing too much trouble for the staff, including our friendly concierge, Christian, who invoked thoughts of a bygone era in this historic hotel.

Large bathroom could benefit from improved storage for toiletries and hooks for robes

Comfortable stay close to the heart of Aarhus
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

The hotel is just off the Main Street so is very noisy at night - no aircon so can be hot in summer

Pros:

The staff was excellent, the location was fantastic, and the room was spotless.

Cons:

There was a discrepancy between the way booking.com described the room and the actual room. The very helpful staff honored what booking.com described, but folks should be aware of this issue.
