Un sejur relaxant si confortabil
Pros:

Hotelul este amplasat intr-o zona superba cu cladiri vechi, pe care le-am putut admira si de la fereastra camerei. Camera a fost extrem de curata, cu obiecte de calitate, patul spatios si confortabil. Mancarea a fost excelenta, foarte diversificata, ospatarii foarte serviabili si amabili. Vom reveni cu drag peste cateva luni.

Cons:

Wasserhahn im Badezimmer massiv verkalkt, sodass er überall umherspritzte. In der Dusche viel Schimmel. Toiletten-Spühlbehälter undicht, Wasser lief aus. Auf der Toilettenschlüssel hatte es klebrige Masse!! Personal mehrfach auf Mängel aufmerksam gemacht und hat bis zur Abreise nach 3 Tagen NICHTS gemacht!!!

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful and friendly. The interior was beautiful of course.

Cons:

For the price, I expected better. The cleanliness of the room was ok, but not better than a cheaper hotel. One lamp was not working in the room, which we didn’t realise until it was dark and we had gotten ready for bed. And the little ceramic table was cracked as well.

Sadly my last time
Pros:

I have stayed at hotel royal for over 20 years on and off and always think the place has so much potential. The building is beautiful. The location is great, the staff are very friendly and the breakfast nice.

Cons:

The hotel recently was renovated but I don’t think it was extensive enough for the room rate they are charging. The mattress felt sunken in, the towels are not white and smell sour like they do when they go to a big laundering place. The room was dusty and I doing some peanuts under the bed and I did not have peanuts during my stay…

Pros:

Almost everything.

Cons:

Lighting in the room was a bit too dim. And the mattress was a little too soft for my taste (although my wife loved it). Otherwise everything else was superb.
