We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. A very special thanks to the staff, Rahman and Melih, for their kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. They were always helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would definitely come back again!

Поселили на 10 этаже шум от вентиляторов от пристроенного здания был очень сильным, в туалете вентилятор шумел и была вибрация от него давило на голову , в соседнем номере у детей пахло сигаретами, зубные щетки и халаты надо спрашивать, отель не первой свежести , перед отелем на улице тоже не все чисто , пешком с отеля идти не очень приятно , переселили не сразу говорили номеров нет, на 14 был номер получше и тише на много , но там свет не выключался в коридоре и всю ночь со светом спать пришлось , в сауне доски грязные, окна не чистые,
شبكه الواي فأي كانت ضعيفه جدا في الغرفه وتم التواصل مع الموظفين ولم تكن في اي استجابه !!!!!!

I am staying at this hotel for the second time already, and this is one of those places you return to not just because it’s beautiful, but because you truly feel welcomed. Sometimes a hotel is not defined by its walls, interior design, or location — it’s defined by its people. And here, you can feel that from the very first moment.
A very special thank you to İpek Gündüz. She is incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. From the first minutes, she helped with the check-in process, always greeted me with a sincere smile, was attentive and helpful, and made me feel as if I wasn’t arriving at a hotel, but somewhere people were truly happy to see me. This kind of care cannot be faked — you feel it with your heart.
And the entire staff, starting right from the entrance, are so friendly, warm, and welcoming. It feels like everyone here tries to do more than just their job. And it’s exactly these little things that create a true feeling of comfort.
The breakfasts are also a special pleasure — delicious, varied, and prepared with care. Starting the day with such positive emotions sets the mood for the whole day.
There are places you leave and forget, and there are places you truly want to return to again and again. For me, this is exactly that kind of place. Thank you for your warmth, attention, care, and for creating an atmosphere where guests feel relaxed and genuinely welcome. I will definitely come back again. ❤️
