P’tit déjeuner ok. Et le bizness office manager Engin qui a essayé de résoudre certains soucis rencontrés dès notre arrivée. Merci à lui. Merci aussi à MR Ahmed de la sécurité .

Cons:

On verra la prochaine fois… certains détails n’étaient pas aux rdv mais le Sheraton a directement réagis en disant qu’ils allaient tout arranger pour notre prochain séjour. À voir..

Bel hôtel , Mr Ahmed , Mr Engin and Mss Ela are making the Sheraton a good place to be .
Pros:

Le Sheraton se soucie de votre bien être. Lit confortable. Belle vue. Le petit déjeuner est varié même s’il manque des légumes .. mais reste très bon!

We canceled our stay in a 5 star hotel nearby Aqua Florya due to suffocating rooms and poor customer service, and moved
Pros:

Great Customer Service. Excellent location, sea view, very nicely designed rooms, lobby, migros grocery in front of hotel and 5 minutes walk to Marina with many restaurants.

Cons:

Menu options can be expanded a bit.
