Alles in allem ein schönes Hotel, auch wenn es schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Es ist jedoch alles so wie man es von einem
Sheraton Hotel erwartet. Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, ein schöner Indoor- und Outdoor Pool. Die Aussicht aus dem Executive-Room auf das Meer war wirklich sehr schön, die Aussicht von der Club-Lounge ist noch besser. Das Abendessen in der Club Lounge ist eher etwas für den Kleinen Hunger, aber wenn man möchte, wird man satt. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kümmert sich wirklich um alles, sollten Wünsche offen sein. Hervorheben möchte ich einen bestimmten Portier, leider weiß ich seinen Namen nicht, aber er hat uns die Zeit über wirklich gut begleitet. Grüße auch an Mustafa vom Flughafentransfer. Ein sehr zuvorkommender, netter Herr.
Das einzige, dass ein bisschen gestört hat, waren die Hochzeiten an den Wochenenden. Diese waren etwas laut, waren aber zeitig zu Ende.

We booked a room on booking we went to the hotel reseption there was a girl named IPEK GUNDUZ she gave us a different room we booked family room they gave us smoking rooms but we booked nonsmoking we had kids with us this was my 6th time here and this is our last time here never coming back you guys lost a customer that girl was really racist she used racism on us

View from the room, breakfast, cleaness of sheets
Coffee from the breakfast, shower water drained on the floor. And despised that I precised that we are with the kid, we had only 2 towels and we had to ask another for the kid.
الشكل الخارجي للفندق جميل والاطلاله على المسبح جميلة لكن الفندق يفتقر لان يكون خمسة نجوم لقد تم التواصل معهم وإخبارهم بأنه سيكون حجزي بمناسبة ذكرى زواجي فطلبت منهم حجز سويت كبير مع إطلالة على البحر والاهتمام بالنظافة وصلت الفندق في الساعة الرابعة مساء لكنني تفاجئت بأنه الأثاث قديم والمرايات متسخة ودورات المياة قديمة ويظهر فيها آثار الصدى ولم يعمل مروش الحمام خرجت لأرى مرافق الفندق جميله وذهبت إلى الكلوب لاونج الاطالة فيه جميله ومن ثم عدت السويت ولكن المكيفات كانت لا تعمل وحضر المهندس واكتشف بأنه يوجد خلل في التكيف ويتطلب وجود اخصائي اخبرني بأنه سوف يأتي في صباح اليوم الثاني ولكنني تضجرت ونزلت للاستقبال فكان اعتذارهم بأن الفندق فل ولا يوجد سويت كبير مثل اللذي حجزته ومن ثم قامو بأرسال الاخصائي للتكيف وضاع يومي ولم يخرج الاخصائي إلا الساعة 11 مساء لن أعود مرة أخرى لهذا الفندق
