We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Istanbul Ataköy. The hotel is excellent, with comfortable rooms, beautiful sea views, and a great location. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help.

A special thank you to Melih at the reception. He was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. His professionalism and positive attitude made our experience even more enjoyable.

We highly recommend this hotel and will gladly stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Pros:

Otel personeleni güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.
Özellikle Rahman beye ilgi ve alakasından dolayı tesekkur ediyorum.

Персонал соотвествует Шератону , претензий нет

Cons:

Шератон должен держать Марку , но тут в номере на двоих был один халат , мебель ну и весь номер сильно по изношен , даже есть на дверях ржавчина ржавчина в низу можно было убрать (это в ванной комнате ) , ложки для обуви не было с вспомогательных кульковнет , губки для обуви нет , других отелях Шератон всегда присутстствует , я впервые вижу такой Шератон это нельзя назвать его Шератон. он сильно старый и потертый

Excellent option for Istambul stay
Pros:

Great hotel. Peaceful nights. Comfy beds. Ocean views. Lovely food and staff. Highly recommend

Cons:

Hotel could improve in room maintenance, so all power switches work properly. And hotel transport offered services could offer more competitive pricing and be clearer by having a written table. You are best using Uber.

Я приезжал на концерт в Стамбул и отель находился удобно с точки зрения близости от метро. В целом он неплохой, завтраки были очень вкусные. Персонал был очень приветливый, все возникающие вопросы помогали решать быстро и четко! Единственное - я попросил прислать мне распечатку моих трат, но мне так и не прислали, но надеюсь еще пришлют.

Cons:

Видно, что отель уже старенький. Окна в номере плохо закрывались, шторы кое-где были порваны. Еще шторы были сделаны таким образом, что даже когда они полностью закрыты все равно остается просвет и ровно в него утром бьет луч солнца:)

First of all, thank you for the upgrade ! I was traveling for the black coffee event that was canceled just a couple of days before and postponed to September and thats another story.. Never been to Sheraton Atakoy before but given the proximity to the "supposed" event, it was my choice and I didn't regret it! A very welcoming staff, from receptionists to Spa team. My favorite location was the gym! Gym rats, you're gonna just like it!! The room view on the Marina is really nice, breakfast is a break fest. Definitely will come back again.

Хороший отель, нам сделали сразу бесплатный апгрейд при заселении на ресепшен. Хорошие завтраки, разнообразные, фрукты, салаты, хороший выбор сыров на завтрак. Есть бассейн на территории, но он должен был открыться на полную силу в день нашего отъезда! И кстати, помыли окна тоже в день нашего отъезда 😅
