Pros:

Location. Clean.

Cons:

Sign in lift offered $24 breakfast buffet. Went there but when we were told no, that promotion has ended and it's $34, we left. Staff at breakfast and front desk may as well have shrugged when I pointed to the sign.

Aircon not great, staff not very accomodating

Cons:

Aircon is absolutely terrible, reconsider staying here if you are someone who likes aircon.
Staff are not very accomodating and don’t seem to want to assist guests as you would expect for a 4 star hotel.
Messaged staff a few days prior to request a room with just one bed, as they were the same price as a room with two beds, staff told me they couldn’t assist and I ‘needed to do this myself’.
When I got to check in there were no single bed rooms available.

The location was good

Cons:

The air con wouldn’t go lower than 21deg and being in cairns where it is hot and humid - this was terrible! We were so hot we went to go speak to someone who said there’s no changing it and got a pedestal fan.
The staff appeared pretty lazy and like they didn’t care either.
The bathroom was sooo small and cheap - the whole place feels like a cheaply renovated building

Pros:

カトラリーと電子レンジがあった事で、近くのスーパーマーケットで食材を買いホテルで食べる事が出来、数日滞在したのでとても助かりました。
また姉はベットの寝心地がとても良いと話していました。

特に感じていません。

Pros:

Location, close to facilities I needed.

Cons:

Checking in paid for the room as required. On check out found out the extra bed I required was not charged during check in. So I was not happy about it. I thought during my booking with booking. com the extra bed was included in the price
