Good location
Pros:

Our room was on the same floor as the laundry which was handy.

Cons:

The hotel and finishes were quite basic, not as polished as the photos indicated. The hotel restaurant was closed both days we were there (Monday/Tuesday) apart from serving buffet breakfast which was surprising given the amount of people in Cairms. Our room overlooked the roof of the restaurant despite having a "pool view".

Wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.
Pros:

Location was great. Beds were very comfortable and room was huge!

Cons:

It can be noisy. Air flow was strong and loud. Parking was expensive. $25 a night. Lucky for me we stayed only 1 night.

Pros:

The vibe was amazing it felt very clean and comfortable. The staff were overall good - whoever assisted me checking in and out was absolutely amazing.

Cons:

I did have one staff knock on my room and then claim I made a complaint about some mould on the roof. When I explained that I didn’t and had no clue what she was talking about she continued to say that I did and I had to be firm in saying I didn’t and had no idea what she was on about. It wasn’t until this that she said oh she must have got the wrong number.

I’d also like to note that the hinges in the door to the bathroom were extremely rusty.

Good hotel but price is bit on the high end.
Pros:

Good bed and room. Location is close to everything i.e. shops, food courts, etc.

Sentral beliggenhet, fine rom og ville sannsynligvis likt poolen.

Cons:

Resepsjonisten var borte i lang tid da vi kom. Gjestene som ventet før oss endte med å vente mer enn 20 minutter på å få sjekket inn. Også mye bråk fra ungdommer i gata seint på kvelden en søndag og ble vekket tidlig av trafikkstøy og søppelbiler. Elendig støyisolering på vinduer på et forholdsvis nytt bygg. Man forventer faktisk mer og spesielt er en god natt søvn viktig.
