A beautiful, relaxing stay in a great location — I would definitely come back! 💕

I really enjoyed my stay at The Benson Hotel. The property was beautiful, clean and modern, and the pool area was especially lovely. The location was convenient, and the room was comfortable and relaxing. The staff were also friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The parking area, was unable to park the car there when checked in by 8pm

Was great, just the normal "False" or tainted claims about TV access etc
Pros:

Great Location, great staff, Like most their free tv only had local channels, no Foxtel etc, and no instructions on using those horrible over sized remote controllers.

Cons:

The built in Aircon units were bloody useless, very, very noisey, and no instructions on how to use the dam things properly. Also the Microwave was mounted at floor level, and required you to move it onto the floor to turn on the power switch???? hidden behind the rather heavy units.
