I enjoyed our stay and my son didnt want to leave the room
Pros:

I liked the customer care from the staff namely Ozgur, Mert and Menal. All were helpful and supportive when we needed any thing

The door to the shower a little hard to close when already inside

Perfect.

Very quiet and peaceful. I love that’s there’s the river by the cottage’s.

Sehr Angenehm
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Steht perfekt ist direkt überall hin zugänglich wie, zu Galata,Taksim, Eminönü, sowie mit dem Fuß oder S-Bahn.
Zu dem sind andere orte die mit dem schiff zu erreichen sind auch sehr nah.
Das Hotel Management, war sehr nett, Hilfsbereit und engagiert, vorallem das Personal -> Özgür (Manager),Mert, Meral und Furkan. Den Rest konnte i h noch nicht kennenlernen, aber so weit hat es gereicht um zu sagen es war sehr angenehm.

Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, but unfortunately almost everything else is below expectations. Even the hand soap seems to be diluted with water, the bathroom is extremely small and very uncomfortable to use, and it’s disappointing that they don’t even provide an iron—not even one you can borrow from reception. Overall, the facilities are not up to the standard you’d expect from a hotel in such a good location.

Was ok but was glad I wasn't staying for more than a few days

It was in a good location

Cons:

Rooms were very small, no where to sit to put make up on or do hair, not enough storage for clothes, when we arrived the toilet was broken so we had to move room, it said it had a bar but it wasn't open whilst we were there, I've sent two emails since I've got home for an invoice but not received one

It’s not clean at all. I stayed there for three nights and no one there to clean the room or the bathroom. The bed sheets were dirty and ruthless
