I will only stay at Hotel Nikko when I visit Kanazawa.
Pros:

I like everything about Nikko Hotel. The view is spectacular at night if you get a room with a window over looking Kanazawa Station.

Great breakfast.
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast, best one I've had in two weeks. Very close to station. Good views if you get one of the high floors.
