Excellent hotel in a great location, right near Kanazawa Station, which made getting around so easy. The lobby is beautiful, with a striking staircase and water feature that makes a strong first impression. Staff were attentive and professional throughout the stay, and the room was comfortable and well kept. Facilities were solid across the board. A great base for exploring the city.

Tout. La chambre était grande et belle. Les lits confortables. Le petit déjeuner très bons. L'emplacement très pratique.
Il n'y a pas de machine à laver dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel. Cependant il y a une laverie très proche et très pratique.
Hotel de standing ( nous etions impressionés rien qu'avec le hall d'entrée) et tres bien situé dans kanazawa car tout proche de la gare et des bus. Un buffet petit dejeuner europeen/ japonais exceptionnel et nous avons meme teste le petit déjeuner 100% japonais. Beaucoup de resto aux alentours de l'hotel.
Juste faire attention en reservant car nous etions 2 adultes et 2 enfants et une chambre avait été proposée sous booking et en la reservant je n'avais pas fait attention au lits. Il s'agissait en fait d'une chambre avec deux grands lits simples. Quand nous nous en sommes apercus l'hotel etait complet sans possibilite de changer.

Great location closed to Kanazawa station and great staff always willing to help you out anytime on whatever you need. Super breakfast with a lot of choices for all the family from the children to the adults.
Wako and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly during check in. She even followed up later to confirm I was enjoying my stay. The upgrade fee to a larger king room on the 27th floor was very reasonable and fair. Most of the rooms have a shower seperate from bath tub with rainfall shower, a must for me. The prices were excellent for the property, room, location etc. I plan to stay here again next time if everything remains the same.

車椅子の母用に湯船になどにすべり止めマット、イスも使いやすいものを準備してくださっていました。感謝です。こういうひとつひとつの思いやりや優しさがきめ細やかで感動しました。

Lors de notre reservation pour 2 adultes et un enfant, nous avons eu un lit pour 3 alors que dans notre demande, il était bien stipulé 3 personnes. Le personnel de l’hôtel n’a pas voulu nous changer de chambre. Nous avons donc refusé cette chambre et nous retrouver un hôtel en urgence.
