Pros:

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis war super. Obwohl nicht auf Radtouristen eingestellt, wurden unsere Fahrräder in einen nicht genutzten Büro sicher verschlossen. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Schade, dass man irgendwann satt ist. Das Badezimmer groß mit ebenerdiger Dusche.

Service très décevant
Pros:

L’hôtel, la chambre, la restauration dans l’ensemble étaient très satisfaisants.

Cons:

La personne à la réception le jour de mon arrivée à été désagréable et ce avec l’ensemble des clients qui comme moi ont du attendre longuement avant de pouvoir disposer de leur chambre. Je suis arrivée à 5h du matin, fatiguée d’un trajet de nuit en bus et aurais souhaité bénéficier d’un early check in moyennement paiement d’un supplément. La jeune fille m’a fait revenir toute les 2 heures au comptoir pour chaque fois me répondre qu’aucune chambre n’était disponible, alors qu’à l’heure de check in officielle, soit 15, elles l’étaient toutes pour tous les clients qui attendaient comme moi depuis des heures. Par ailleurs le restaurant ni le bar n’étaient ouverts pour pouvoir patienter. J’ai dormi sur la banquette du lobby de 5h à 9h et ensuite jusqu’à 15h j’ai patienté alors que le service de ménage des chambres avait sans aucun doute terminé le ménage dans la plupart des chambres avant 15h.

Par ailleurs, après la première nuit, j’ai été surprise de retrouver ma chambre le lendemain soir sans qu’elle ait été nettoyée, aussi je suis allée à la réception le soir même pour le signaler et demander qu’elle soit faite le lendemain, et encore une fois le lendemain elle n’avait pas été faite. Sur 5 nuits passées à l’hôtel, malgré mes réclamations, le service de chambre n’est passé qu’une seule fois.

Wir haben eine wunderbare Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht. Die Betten und das Badezimmer waren sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war einfach unglaublich – wirklich richtig, richtig gut. Seit der Corona-Zeit habe ich kein so gutes Frühstück mehr erlebt. Deshalb gebe ich die volle Punktzahl. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war hervorragend – für diesen Preis haben wir wirklich sehr viel bekommen. Alles war einfach perfekt.

Cons:

Що нам не сподобалося — це дуже маленька SPA-зона. Там є лише дві сауни: одна фінська приблизно на 90°C і одна парова лазня, але все дуже компактне. Також немає нормального місця, де можна було б спокійно відпочити після лазні — полежати чи просто розслабитися. Для цього потрібно було йти до басейну, але там було дуже багато людей і замало лежаків.

Тому за SPA-зону ставлю нижчу оцінку — вона є, але для такого великого готелю занадто маленька. Також деякі двері вже потребують заміни, і загалом місцями не завадив би невеликий ремонт. Але все інше було справді чудово.


Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war der sehr kleine SPA-Bereich. Es gibt dort nur zwei Saunen: eine finnische Sauna mit etwa 90 °C und ein kleines Dampfbad. Insgesamt ist der Bereich für ein so großes Hotel einfach zu klein.

Außerdem gibt es keinen richtigen Ruhebereich, wo man sich nach der Sauna entspannen oder einfach hinlegen kann. Dafür musste man zum Pool gehen, aber dort waren sehr viele Menschen und es gab zu wenige Liegen.

Deshalb gebe ich dem SPA-Bereich eine etwas niedrigere Bewertung – er ist zwar vorhanden, aber für ein so großes Hotel zu klein. Auch einige Türen sollten ausgetauscht werden, und an manchen Stellen wäre eine kleine Renovierung sinnvoll. Aber alles andere war wirklich sehr schön.

Überraschend gut!
Pros:

Das Frühstück und insbesondere der Kaffee waren herausragend gut. Wer hier nichts findet, ist es selber Schuld. Eine große Auswahl an Käse, Wurst, Marmeladen, diverse Brot und Brötchen, sehr guten Tee und einen aufmerksamen Service. Was will man mehr?

Bei fast 5000€ für zwei Zimmer und eine Woche finde ich es ehrlicherweise ziemlich frech eine dazwischen stattfindende Grundreinigung der Zimmer extra in Rechnung zu stellen.
