Poor experience
Pros:

Beautiful pool

Cons:

The fact that the pool closed at 6pm very early but the staff were nosy and constantly following us around making us uncomfortable. The restaurant front staff are terrible especially the hostesses who cross examines customers about their bills esp breakfast and we ended up paying $3500 unnecessarily for one. Very disappointing!

Everything went smoothly, from check-in, to check-out. Breakfast was amazing, staff really polite. Always my number 1 hotel in Nairobi.

The room was spacious and ideal for a work trip. It is also large enough if you travelled with a partner and would accommodate loads of luggage.
The hotel is modern and really lovely

My overall experience was great. Kudos to the breakfast team, they were excellent!!

Breakfast was great! The location is also good.

Cons:

The shower is horrible. Water from the shower is all over the floor. Very poor design. After the shower you have to put several towels on the floor to keep it dry.

A very comfortable stay with friendly staff and good facilities
Pros:

Very friendly staff, very comfortable bed and good sound insulation so slept well. Nice swimming pool (although officially opens too late to swim before work). Good breakfast

Cons:

Problem with the hot water one evening/morning but they fixed it quickly. During rainy season the traffic is awful if you need to get to Westlands area
