Es war in Ordnung. Für eine Suite aber auch teuer. Dafür habe ich wirklich mehr erwartet.
Pros:

Die gute Lage des Hotels. Ich hatte einen Suite mit Balkon gebucht. Warum? Weil man wie so oft die Fenster nicht mehr öffnen kann, so auch in diesem Hotel. Der Balkon ist ein von Mauern umgebener Bereich. Für Raucher genial. Schön ist anders. Zwei Toiletten – sehr gut. Im Bad oben fehlen leider Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen. Unten gab es keine Garderobe oder Jacken für Haken! Wohin mit nassen Jacken? Es hat geschüttet in Reims. Ich verstehe die Planer solcher Zimmer oder Suiten nicht! Schön ist der Ausblick aus dem Restaurant im 7. Stock, wo auch das Frühstück serviert wird. 10.00 Ende – für mich zu früh. Mein Mann fand das Frühstück typisch Hotelfrühstück. In Ordnung-

Habe ich oben beschrieben. Fenster nicht zu öffnen (in den normalem Zimmern), Suite ohne „Blick”. Haken fehle überall. Frühstücks-Endzeit zu früh. Tiefgarage extrem eng! Wir hatten Glück einen Batterie-Ladeplatz erwischt zu haben. Reservieren kann man nicht. Das Personal ist freundlich bemüht. Am Ende aber uninteressiert. Im Bad war der Heizkörper undicht. Uns war das jetzt egal, aber das ist bestimmt schon länger so. Heizkörper schon rostig. Ob da Wasser auf dem Boden steht, scheint niemanden zu interessieren.

Toilet spoelde moeilijk door, slechte afloop wasbekken. Na 2 dagen andere kamer gekregen.

Heerlijk verblijf geweest op fijne locatie midden in centrum!
Pros:

We waren er 2 nachten en na de eerste nacht bleek onze badkamer niet naar behoren te voldoen… we werden direct geholpen en er werd alles aan gedaan om een andere kamer te verzorgen.

Cons:

Dat badkamer niet voldeed (kraan deed het niet goed van de douche had eerder opgemerkt kunnen worden….

Pros:

Zalig om te ontbijten op het terras. De airco was goed en stil. We sliepen ook in de kamer naast de lift maar die was muisstil (wel snikheet, die glazen lift). Heel vriendelijk personeel en propere en schone kamer.

Cons:

Helaas is er aan de straatkant enorm veel lawaai. Vraag een kamer aan de achterkant als je in het weekend er verblijft.

Hotel 4 stelle non conforme al numero di stelle.

La camera era senza vista in quanto aveva di fronte un muro. Ho pagato tutti i servizi al momento della prenotazione un mese prima ma quando sono arrivata hanno preteso un deposito cauzionale di 100 euro del quale devo ancora capire la motivazione visto che in camera il frigo bar era vuoto e la colazione era gia pagata. Ho chiesto una bottiglia di acqua e mi hanno detto di comprarla!! Spero mi restituiscono la cauzione che al momento della partenza mi hanno detto che verrà restituita al netto delle tasse di soggiorno!
