Super emplacement!
Pros:

- La proximité du centre-ville
- Le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse du 7ème étage
- L’amabilité du personnel suite à un problème d’écoulement des vasques de la salle de bain. Celui-ci a été pris en compte et l’hôtel prendra les dispositions nécessaires pour remédier à cela.
- Le parking à l’hôtel.

Cons:

- L’étroitesse du balcon et l’absence de mobilier
- Les places de parking très étroites.

Prima plek maar aan de dure kant.
Pros:

Prima kamer, rustig en toch in het centrum van Reims. De kamer was ruim, en de badkamer was ook prima.

Cons:

De ontbijtruimte is rommelig, en er staat te weinig personeel om het netjes te houden. De kwaliteit van het aanbod is wel goed. In z'n algemeenheid is dit hotel aan de dure kant voor wat je ervoor krijgt. Het is een goed hotel, maar het is een keten en heeft daardoor weinig charme. Voor de gevraagde prijs zou men iets meer moeten bieden.

Fantastic stay.
Pros:

We stayed during a big heat wave. The air conditioning was fantastic as well as a great mini fridge to keep water cold. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to so much. I wish we had stayed longer.

Centralt läge, bra frukost. Vi har bott här tidigare och haft bättre upplevelse än denna gången

Cons:

Vi fick ett riktigt dåligt rum. Nr 103. Kranen satt lös i badrummet, der var ljus från rinnande vatten mm. Kändes som vi bodde i en källare. Bemötandet i receptionen när vi kom var oengagerat och nonchalant.

Cons:
