Pros:

Les personnels sont très sympathiques. Le déjeuner est très bien 👍. L’ascenseur de voiture est impressionnant pour la première fois de l’utiliser, une fois le connaître, c’est bien pratique !

Cons:

Les places du parking sont un peu serrées.

Prima hotel op loopafstand van het centrum van Reims. Restaurant/Bar op de bovenste verdieping met het roof top-terras was echt gaaf. Mooi uitzicht over de stad tijdens de borrel of het ontbijt.

Cons:

Ontbijt is (ma-vr) van 07.00 tot 10.00 uur. We kwamen om 09.00uur en er was al veel 'op' wat niet meer aangevuld werd. Personeel was al bezig met opruimen en klaarmaken voor de rest van de dag.

Ho trovato inadeguato per un 4 stelle non trovare nella camera l'acqua di cortesia. C'erano bollitore con buste per prepararsi le bevande calde, ma senza l'acqua

Bof et très déçu par cet hôtel 4 étoiles
Pros:

L’emplacement et la vie du roof top

Cons:

1/ Des places de parking insuffisantes et difficiles d’accès avec une impossibilité de recharger sur les. Bornes un véhicule électrique sans nouvel abonnement.
2/ malgré une réservation de longue date, nous étions dans une chambre PMR malgré un prix très élevé.
3/ les équipement de la salle de bain sont insuffisants et non adaptés et des personnes valides, je me suis brûlé 2 fois dans la douche car pas de mitigeur thermostatique mais un mitigeur mécanique placé trop bas, etc….
4/ la salle du petit déjeuner et beaucoup trop petite, l’on peut pas circuler avec le monde et il faut bien 5mn d’attente pour avoir un ascenseur.
5/ le prix payé est bien trop important par rapport aux prestations et qualités de la chambre.

The world’s smallest underground car park! Not suitable for 4x4’s, limited number of spaces. Had to park 10 minutes walk away.
