Me gustó
Pros:

Debería de haber más sombra en el área de piscina ya que el sol de Mérida es muy fuerte

Cons:

Que las habitaciones no quedaron tan cerca, en el mismo piso pero no una al lado de la otra.

Comoda pero llena de inconvenientes

La piscina muy bien, el desayuno carisisisisimo. y la atención delos meseros nada amable, la comida razonable

Cons:

Que no te dan alternativas por ejemplo la salida es a las 12 y te cancelan la tarjeta y no puedes ni subir por tus cosas.
Si llegas antes te cobran un dineral por hora que te den el cuarto anticipado aunque no tengan a nadie. hemos estado en varios Hilton y por eso los escogemos porque tienen una super atención al huesped le puedo hablar de orlando, toronto, y aqui la verdad se pasan quitandote la llave y ni siquiera puedes sacar tus cosas. No vuelvo a ir

El Hyatt siempre es un excelente lugar para descansar y estar cómodos. El.personal siempre es muy amable.

Cons:

Le falta un poco de mantemcion. Las alfombras de los pasillos estan bastante sucias. En el área de alberca le falta un poco mas de sombra (quitasoles) y en el buffet de desayuno ofrece pocas opciones para gustos internacionales (desayuno muy pesado y 95% es buffet mexicano) y tiene pocas opciones mas saludables.

Muchas areas de oportunidad, dos lavamanos nada prácticos, en el baño no hay donde colgar o poner ropa, solo 1 gancho para 1 toalla. Si la reservacion es para 3 personas, pongan 3 vasos, 3 tazas, 3 toallas y no tener que pedirlo. La ubicación entre cama y mesita de noche incomoda. El personal de recepción deficiente en la información. La verdad el standard muy por debajo de un hyatt.

Highly convenient location. Nice to have a gym. Food and coffee were not great. Kind staff.
Pros:

The facilities were great, but I was given extremely substandard coffee at the café. While the restaurants had a beautiful ambience, the food was a disappointment, especially for the prices we paid. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful spread, but the service needed improvement. We waited 30 minutes for our menus and another 20 minutes for our coffee.
