Debería de haber más sombra en el área de piscina ya que el sol de Mérida es muy fuerte

Comoda pero llena de inconvenientes

La piscina muy bien, el desayuno carisisisisimo. y la atención delos meseros nada amable, la comida razonable

Cons:

Que no te dan alternativas por ejemplo la salida es a las 12 y te cancelan la tarjeta y no puedes ni subir por tus cosas.
Si llegas antes te cobran un dineral por hora que te den el cuarto anticipado aunque no tengan a nadie. hemos estado en varios Hilton y por eso los escogemos porque tienen una super atención al huesped le puedo hablar de orlando, toronto, y aqui la verdad se pasan quitandote la llave y ni siquiera puedes sacar tus cosas. No vuelvo a ir
