I had to change the timing of our arrival. So easy, just called and did it!
The Elevator door sounds like it shot at You everytime the door closed...a odor throughout the hotel, key cards need to be upgraded.
Room was clean and the shower was good.
The AC wasn't working properly...we had it turned down to 62 and it was very warm in there

The room was fine - it was close to the airport and that is what we needed.
I was told I would receive my invoice by email, and it never arrived. I contacted the hotel and told them about it, but never got it. Also the WiFi in the room did not work.
We didn't eat the breakfast because we left before it started.
The location was good. Right near the airport which is what we needed.
The person at the desk didn't seem too friendly, just businesslike. The door to room number 303 didn't properly close and it didn't have either a threshold on the floor or a seal all around the perimeter of the door to stop the hallway light from illuminating the entire room which kept us awake most of the night. We also had a guest above us who was stomping around up until about 12 a.m. or a little bit later kept us awake as well.
Not much
The room was not clean, felt grubby and dark. Loud, could hear people above me and outside in the halls. Wouldn’t take the card that I used on booking.com and had to provide another card. The breakfast was very limited and not worth eating.
