Ideal for airport overnight

Nice close location to the airport
The elevator, rugs in the hallways and the rugs in the room needed to be vacuumed. There was a lot of debris all over the floors.
My stay was nice comfortable and clean..
I just had one little problem. The next day Saturday my husband and I went for awhile so on our way at the reception desk it was a dark skin female at the desk. She was like blank no smile we acknowledged by saying she would even look at us or speak back I thought that was very rude.
Elevator wasn't working and seemed to have been out of commission for awhile. Staff was helpful with this though.
Room seemed dated, didn't smell fresh.
Convenient, comfortable bed, decent morning breakfast.

the staff was unfriendly when we arrived but after her everyone else was ok. the air conditioner did not work the entire time we were there. the room was smelly and muggy
Th location is ideal if using the airport. We were able to walk to places to eat!
We were on 4 th floor In the morning elavator was Broke Had to climb stair twice
Love the location, very friendly for my service dog we brought with us had no problems no issues

Woman at the desk was busy watching a soap opera on the lobby TV - the only thing she said to us was, "do you care what floor you are on?" Never took her eyes off the TV!!!
