The bed seemed clean

Cons:

The floors were filthy. The carpeting was so dirty and stained, I wouldn't even walk around in our room without shoes on. We couldn't even open the front door all of the way when entering our room, because of some type of mini fridge that was directly behind the door. It was sticking out way farther from the wall, than the alotted space for it, and it was not very cold. There were 2 ice machines, neither one was working, so we had to walk to the convenience store to get ice. Also the elevators were out of order. We also kept hearing random loud noises all night off and on from above our room I've never stayed in a hotel so filthy. I cannot believe Wyndham has their name behind this. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We paid over $100 for the night. Such a waste of money. Very disappointing 😞

Pros:

Nice and quiet and the room was a decent size. Staff was very nice to us!

Cons:

The room had a stale smell in it and the elevator didn’t work but otherwise it was a good experience .

A nice quick stay, but amenities were a bit short.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and answered my questions willingly and honestly. Also the TV had Green Lantern: First Flight and Emerald Knights playing which also contributed to my overall score. All in all My room was nice and clean and I was able to have a good nights rest.

Cons:

My biggest gripe about the hotel is that the elevator was inoperable. For this reason I could not in good faith place my score higher than a 7, for I was placed to stay on the third floor. There were a few other amenities that were unavailable as well but I was not privy to those things since I only needed to stay the night.
