Our overall stay was good. I am a repeat customer so I will be back again.
Pros:

1) The entire staff was very nice and accommodating to our needs.
2) The check in & out process was very good.
3) Rooms were well kept and very clean.

Cons:

I realize you you were renovating the rooms but...
1) Our AC stopped working and they had to move us to a different room. Our bathroom sink had several large cracks in it.
2) You only have 1 elevator and it stopped working 2 different times. It created a long line of guests waiting to go to their rooms. We had to climb stairs to 3rd floor and my mother uses a walker so it was very difficult for her to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. We also helped another elderly couple with the same problem. While you're renovating, consider adding a 2nd elevator if possible.

The first room we cannot get into the door was locked from the inside the second room water was dripping from the ceiling

Pros:

Large room, comfortable bed, fridge, microwave. Prompt service if any problems.
Great loacation

Cons:

Couldn't use the laundry, not working while we were there. We booked for use of laundry, so we needed to be told before we booked.

Chegamos ao hotel sujo, mal cheiro e pra nossa surpresa o quarto tinha apenas 01 cama de casal pequena, sendo que reservamos pelo booking e pagamos por isso 01 quarto com 2 camas grandes porque somos em 4 Pessoas , eu meu esposo e meus 2 filhos e simplesmente não tinha mais quarto ,não tinha colchão, não tinha cama nada, isso já eram 23 hrs pq chegamos em Miami às 18 saímos do aeroporto às 19 e dirigimos 4 horas pra não ter onde dormir

Não tinha quarto e reservei 3 meses antes

Uncomfortable!

Good location

Cons:

Extremely outdated! I couldn’t believe it was even listed as a Wyndham property. Stained carpets and furniture throughout. Beds were very worn you could feel the coils. Worst hotel I have stayed at in a very long time. You had to go to the 3rd floor for ice and the elevator shook so hard I was afraid it would get stuck. Needs a total gut job.

Pros:

You get what u pay for. The inexpensive price for this upscale area reflects the hotel not being fully renovated: old very stinky carpet, rusty doors that have gaps to the outer hallway. The bed and bathroom were CLEAN, however, the smell of sweat and food was overwhelming even with their air freshening efforts.

It was decent
Pros:

The rooms clean,staff friendly and helpful, it's quit,the bed was great and comfortable. Coffee in rooms microwave and they had coffee and tea 24hrs a day. Plus what ever I needed the provided.

Cons:

The outside property is dirty and ,ruff, the hallways had a odor of mild dew. But they are in the middle of construction and remodeling it, smoking only in the back and it was dirty and uncomfortable to be out there,
