The staff was friendly
The bed sucked and the pillows where the worst
The elevator doesn’t work it stops and feels like it is falling. The room and hallways smell like mold. The bathroom and sink was moldy. Our room key stopped working twice.
O hotel é bem apresentável. O quarto é confortável, assim como a cama. O atendimento pela equipe de recepção foi agradável. O café da manhã era bem razoável, principalmente considerando o custo benefício. Estacionamento grátis.

I didn't like that the chair in the room was rotted out .

The room smelled soooooo bad! we stayed in room 221, first off right outside our window was a large trash can and we could se all the trash, and the the carpet in the room smelled like it had molds underneath or it had been slacked and not properly dried, whatever the case may be, it smelled so bad that my husband and I had to sleep and and cover our faces with the blanket…. which brings me to my next issue, the room was so hot! the air con was so loud yet so hot! and we could not open the windows because of the pile of trash outside. We had to sleep through the noise from the AC, heat, Extreme Odor from the Carpet! We could hardly breathe, i understand that it is what i paid for but for almost a $100 per night the least you can provide is clean smelling room!
