Good exercise
Pros:

Location near the freeway. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

I only stayed for one night but they want the guests to be dirty in their rooms as they only clean every third day. Also the elevator was broken and they forced us to carry bags up to the top/forth floor

Beautiful Hotel, But Poorly Managed.
Cons:

The breakfast experience was absolutely awful. It was the first time I’ve ever had to eat breakfast standing up because of the overwhelming number of people and the complete lack of seating space for guests. The breakfast area was clearly not prepared to handle that many people, making the entire experience uncomfortable and disorganized. On top of that, there was barely any food available, as it was obvious the hotel was booked to maximum capacity without being properly prepared to accommodate and serve all of its guests.

To make matters worse, I spent all 3 days going up and down 4 flights of stairs because from the moment I arrived, I was informed that the elevator was broken. I also found cockroaches in the room, and during the entire 3-day stay, housekeeping never showed up not to clean, not to replace towels, nothing at all.

The hotel itself is beautiful, has a great location, and the rooms are spacious, but honestly, I believe the management is not doing its job properly. It’s a shame because the hotel truly has the potential to be an excellent and very enjoyable place to stay.

No me gustó que no tenía ascensor, difícil para cargar los paquetes , y las cosas . De saber eso no lo hubiera rentado . Deberían resolver bien rápido la situación
