Close to the park
Facility needs repairs, lots of repairs...rooms have tons of water spots, breakfast room ceiling tiles were discolored.
It was within walking distance of Bush Gardens(right across the street) First impression of the room was good. Great view of fireworks from Bush Gardens
No room service. Checked in Saturday checked out Monday. Room door looked like someone tried to kick it in. Huge gap at the bottom of the door.

Terrible experience. Around 3 AM, a drunk woman was aggressively banging on the door trying to get in. We immediately reported it to the front desk, but the disturbance continued throughout the night with doors constantly opening and slamming shut. We barely got any sleep and did not feel safe.
To make matters worse, we later found a roach in the room. Between the safety concerns, lack of sleep, and cleanliness issues, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
The manager was also very rude and unprofessional. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others visiting the area.
There were two live roaches in our room when we arrived.

Floors in room were filthy, water from sink smelled bad, construction next door was loud and early (not mentioned by staff)

My bedroom floor was very dirty, the curtain showers where very low quality, allowing all the water come out of the tub. My room for some reason had a door that lead to another other which was locked but caused me a little bit of discomfort.
