The location was great for the concert we attended across the street.

Cons:

We had to check in at a virtual kiosk. Pretty sure he was seated in the office behind the front desk. We were only offered one room key and we had to pay a $30 parking fee for our second car. There was plenty of room in front and behind the building for extra cars. Even the Marriott doesn’t charge $30 a night to park. Our room was decent. Some wear and tear and dirt on bathroom door and carpet. Furniture was dusty.

Pros:

It was good value for the money, exactly what you would expect. Nothing fancy but it was clean and got the job done.

Cons:

Upon check-in, there was a machine with a desk person like via a video call. They can scan your ID, print room keys and parking passes right from it. I understand that’s probably the way of the future. However, it’s literally the hospitality industry and you expect to see a smiling face when of a real human when you walk through the door. Customer service is important.

Do not recommend- not clean or safe
Pros:

The only thing I liked about the property was the air conditioning worked very well and the shower got very hot

Cons:

First of all the pictures on the listing are not like the real place. In real life the building is really dingy inside and outside. It’s very outdated compared to the pictures. While first walking in we were not helped properly and were told to use the iPad to check in however the person displayed on the iPad was glitching and not working. Finally 10 minutes later the people at the front helped us at the desk (after they were watching us try to check in and it clearly not working) As two young women it was a little sketchy walking in to. Now the room wasn’t as bad as the lobby. Rooms appeared as they were in the pictures. However the cleanliness was not there. The sheets and pillowcases were clean however I could tell the comforter had NOT been washed after each stay. There were several yellow stains on both comforters which is very disgusting. Both were also super dingy
The shower was also questionable. You could tell it had multiple cracks to which they repaired. The shower curtain was also cloth and stained. Additionally we did hear the door handle rattle a few times in the night which freaked us out a bit. I would not stay here again. But you get what you paid for. If you don’t mind these things then it’s a great budget friendly place.

Pros:

Breakfast was alright room was gross floor was soaked the water from the shower runs into the room. When I booked I asked to lay at location they cancelled my reservation had to make a new onex. Room was so gross for almost 300 a night should expect a clean room

Cons:

Room was dirty floor was completely soaked I’m talking puddles everywhere. Charge 300 a night because of the venue across the street but can’t even give you a decent clean room

Não recomendo a estadia nesse “hotel”.
Pros:

Depois de todo o transtorno é difícil pensar em algo positivo.

Cons:

No primeiro uso do vaso sanitário o mesmo entupiu e alagou todos o banheiro e parte do quarto ( inclusive, alagando o carpete). Chamado o funcionário de plantão, esse pegou um desentupidor e pediu para que meu filho fizesse o serviço. Inacreditável! Depois de conversarmos com atendimento virtual, conseguimos troca de quarto, porém no segundo quarto o chuveiro não funcionava. Pela má vontade do funcionário, resolvemos não reclamar mais e dormir sem banho.
