Pros:

The location was quiet and clean but dated.

Cons:

The elevator broke on day one of our stay. Three flights of stairs was not terrible to navigate for our stay but it did not get fixed during the remainder of our stay.

The facility is old and run down and way over priced for the condition of the hotel. Also, upon our arrival, there was a dozen or more people drinking in the lobby. They were loud and drunk, sitting around with coolers. It was awful.
