good food
We were coming from Fort Myers to see a concert that was in Tampa. The hotel was close to the event that is why we chose to stay here.
After the concert ended, we went back to the hotel to shower and get some rest because we were leaving early in the morning. The shower did not work at all. Front desk said they could do nothing about it since we went through Booking.com we needed to contact them about the no shower issue.
The staff was cold and elusive, felt as if we were inconveniencing them by asking to have the pool unlocked (during open hours). The pool was dirty and unkempt. The only positive member of staff was on a digital kiosk over zoom call. Random stains in the hallways, the elevator drops and shakes when descending floors, and the whole room had a stale almost “moldy” smell. And the cherry on top was the medium sized cockroach crawling on the sink wall before our check out. I would not recommend this establishment for any travelers unless serious renovations and inspections were conducted because it feels as though the staff have forgotten they run a hotel business.

The coffee was unlabeled so I asked if it was regular or decaf, the answer was abrupt and just coffee so not an answer.
Customer service this morning was not good at all!
They charged me 3 times for the same room within 24 hours. Ruined my trip.
It was very close to the venue we were visiting. It was quiet.
The bed was very uncomfortable and it needed a new mattress. The rooms could use some updating. Breakfast area was a disaster.You couldn’t access anything easily if there was anyone else there.Terrible flow

I don't recommend it, if you need to rest when you're passing through, find another place, or sleep in your car, it's going to be better than that place.
Location to MidFlorida Ampitheater
The room I booked smelled like smoke so I had to be moved and they no more King rooms so I got 2 double beds. There is no one at the front desk, you check in/out on a kiosk in the lobby. Therefore, no security at all! The back door to the hotel does not even close properly so anyone can walk right in.

Al personal habia que pedirle las cosas 2 o 3 veces para que respondan. La piscina cierra muy temprano, no pudimos disfrutarla! El sofá cama es muy pequeño! Las ventanas estan clausuradas impidiendo mirar hacia afuera.
