The bed was really comfortable. The night time desk clerk was very friendly and kind.
The air conditioner in the room stopped working on the night of the second day. The telephone stopped working on the third day. The morning front desk clerk was not friendly. Having to pay $3 for a cup of coffee I thought was ridiculous.
The location was nice and it was very clean.
I used booking.com to make my reservation because it was cheaper than going through holiday inn itself. When checking in, the front desk young girl was not the friendliest. She said more than once, next time just book directly with us. Well I would if you were the cheaper option. It’s not cheap these days.
Room was very nice, spacious and clean
I don't mind that there was no breakfast included, especially for the price. But I find it very disappointing that there is no free serve coffee. It was 3$ pm for a small cup. Even small hotels have free coffee ...
I also did not appreciate feeling pushed out of our room. We booked for 2 nights, check out time at 11h00 and got knocked on the door twice before 8h30 asking if we were leaving today...
Will not book at this particular hotel again ....
The rooms were very comfortable. We were there for 1 night for our Jehovah's Witnesses Assembly. We booked last minute and I must say this was a very clean and welcoming place to stay. We will be back!

Room was very clean, had 2 queen beds that I needed.
Bathroom had no tub.
Breakfast was not included in room charge.

Hotel is operating at a new property so the rooms and common areas are fresh and clean. Ample Parking. Quiet street though there is a truck lot behind the property. The staff was courteous and greeted us.
The location requires a little bit of driving to get from the highways I-95, though the traffic on local streets was ok.
I like the air condition was cold that's it
Well there was a tiny black bug on my bed and we all know what that means also the shower smelled extremely bad it smelled like somebody recently took a shower in there 🤮
clean and spacious room
I booked Holiday Inn because all the Holiday Inns I stayed in previously had good and free hot breakfast. The confirmation email I received also says that breakfast is included. But, when I went to the breakfast room in this Holiday Inn, I was told the meal is not free. Surprised, I talked to the front desk and showed her the email. She agreed to give me 2 meal coupons. But my family has 4 people. This is very disappointing.
