The staff was wonderful.

Cons:

The pillows compressed to literally nothing with the edges plumped up on both sides of your head.
Putting 2 together helped somewhat.

Bad customer service
Cons:

The reply from the hotel is very late and very bad , they rarely check their inbox , additionally, I requested invoice on check-out and the front desk employee couldn't help , very unprofessional, this is my third stay there and the last!

Location was good and the hotel was also.

Cons:

The breakfast was just okay, the potatoes were over seasoned,the bacon was very salty.
The bed was to soft for us and the pillows not firm enough.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and look forward to revisiting this place again in the near future.
Pros:

The property was well maintained by the Staff. The room was very clean and the bathroom on ground floor was very well stocked.

Cons:

What I liked about the property was that the Staff helped me get my friend to the room. They understood the help I needed and showed some love to me.

The rooms and how clean everything was

Cons:

The Chinese looking guy in the morning when we went to go eat breakfast at the hotel he was rude. It was almost like my family and I was a aBIG inconvenience to him. He looked annoyed.
