I can't recommend this hotel, the sheets were so disgusting, and the room smell was awful.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very convenient.
The young lady, I believe her name was Tracy received my call/complaint and apologized that no one was there to come and change the sheets but she offered to bring me clean sheets and suggested that since I was in a Suite, to sleep on the sofa in the other room. She also said that she would leave the hotel manager a note of my complaint, which she did.

Cons:

The smell in the room was horrible!
The sheets were nasty and whatever it was that kept appearing on and within the sheets was disgusting!
There were dead bugs in several locations of the room!

I’m sad I’m out 700$ for that experience
Pros:

Sticker shock. I guess it had to be done but the place was barely maintained. I can tell when the staff on site is sooooo hard working & keeps it cleans and does their best but whoever decides the budget at the upper levels is doing the minimum.

Cons:

See above. The continental breakfast was a nightmare. Have good pastries at least for kids. How much could donuts cost?

Worst hotel stay ever.
Pros:

Location

Cons:

I checked the price and it was a 170. Something dollars. Then, when I went to book the prices went up. I paid $686 for 2 nights. My first night, the t v went out, I called they sent someone up to fix it, later that day The t v went back out, I call, and they told me the person had went home and I would have to wait untill the next day to get it fixed, he came to my room about 11am the next day he checked the TV and it was working again, later that day it went out again and again. The day I checked out, I got to the elevator and saw a sign saying the elevator was down, I was on the fourth floor had to take the stairs with my 2 bags IT WAS SO DIFFICULT BECAUSE I WALK WITH A CANE, SO DIFFICULT. (I didn't get a call from the staff notify me that the elevator was down. Or asking if I needed any assistance with my bags? Because of the elevator being down) The room was very Clean.
