This room looked perfect. It was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The mattress had a low point and you had to position yourself so that you were not rolling down. On top of that, you could not turn on the water in the shower as the handle just spun. So disappointing. When pointing this out, the desk person merely thanked.me for telling them.

Overall, a very good place to stay.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean facility. Easy to get in and out of. Good rate.

Cons:

Beds were not made after one night. OK if the sheets are not changed but would have liked the beds to be made and the room cleaned up a bit.

Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Unkompliziertes Ein/Auschecken. Standard Frühstück. Für normale Durchreise absolut zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Kein Aufzug für die obere Etage.

Great location, renovated rooms, and exceptional service
Pros:

We stop at this hotel every time we travel to California through the Pass, and we’ve stayed here multiple times now. The location is perfect for us! Even though the hotel is usually fully booked, the staff is always remarkably welcoming and friendly.

​Every room we’ve stayed in (around four different ones so far) has been freshly renovated, exceptionally clean, fresh, and tidy. Everything works perfectly, with no dust or dirt anywhere. The rooms are also very spacious, making it a great setup for a family stay.

​Breakfasts are delicious and well-stocked; the staff constantly replenishes everything, so you never come down to empty trays. Parking is right outside your window, which is very convenient, and the entrance doors are secure, requiring a key card to enter.

Cons:

The only minor downside is that there is no elevator, but the building is only two stories high, so it’s not a major issue. Overall, a fantastic option for a family stay!

Surprising find
Pros:

Nice sized clean room. Bed was comfortable and location is convenient to a brewpub and chain restaurants.
