Below expectations
Pros:

Facing the beach. Easy access to restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Very noisy. Terrible soundproofing. The elevator took forever to arrive. Overpriced.

Not worth it
Pros:

Nothing, it was literally the nastiest hotel.

Cons:

Bedroom was full of broken down furniture. Pictures falling off the wall, the bed made horrible noises when you moved even an inch. You could hear everyone outside the room, like they were in your room. Worst place I've ever stayed.

Worse sleep I've ever had on a trip
Pros:

The space in the room, the kitchen, fireplace, tv, beach view and the new Mo's restaurant on site.

Cons:

The dense odor was strong. The flies by the staircase and elevator and the fish smell in both areas outside.
The beds were ABSOLUTELY NOT comfortable, I was tossing n turning and my whole body was sore when I woke up. I wish the hot tub was open so I could relax my muscles cuz the tub wouldn't do it. It was an uncomfortable 2 hour drive back home. And the bedding was thin. Bring your own blanket or turn the heater on.

No A/C. Uncomfortable bed. Hot tub drained and not working. Bath tub didn’t drain properly….. had to poor cups of water in tub to get sand from the beach out.

Pros:

The lady that check this in found out it was our anniversary so she upgraded our room to a wouldn't have had the view of the ocean and what else can we do it's very nice informative so just about all everything that's going on and we said stay two nights we had a great time

Beautiful views and will be much better when the update is finished.
Pros:

It was right on the ocean with lovely views. The room was clean and cozy with a fireplace. The staff was super friendly and the pool was 24 hours a day!

Cons:

They were doing a ton of contraction when we stayed(May 2026) so that did effect our stay. The beds were lovely but they had very firm mattresses that is not something we like. The hot tub was great, but they were working on the pool so it was a weird color, again they were working on it.

My stay was fine, once the hotel put us in a room that was originally booked.
Cons:

I didn't like that Booking. com informed me that I would have an oceanfront room and when I got to the hotel, it was a parking lot view. Furthermore, there was construction going on at the hotel. I had to pay extra money to get an oceanfront room as I thought this was what I was getting. I am looking for some form of compensation, because of this.

Pros:

View, that the room has a kitchen, fireplace, and that fan/heater are provided, pool/hot tub and that it’s open 24 hrs, and the gym.

Cons:

Being on the third floor I didn’t like that you could see the dirty and rusty top of Moe’s restaurant. Ruined the view and pictures. That free breakfast is not served. Gym could be a bit bigger. More hot tubs.

Location was perfect. Easy to shop and eat close by. Prom is handy.
Pros:

Room was large. Kitchenet had all we needed. Balcony was loved.

Cons:

Fireplace was unusable while we were there.
I sent a text before arriving to make sure we were oceanfront. By mistake I had ordered a partial view. I was able to change it to full view and was told there would be no upgrade charge. It was not on our order when we checked in. It was not honored. It was my mistake so I didn't argue. Everything else was great.
