Cons:

Considering most of the facilities were closes (pool, spa etc) it should be cheaper.

Location is excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. And it’s just down the road from the Tilamook cheese factory!

Cons:

The TV is woefully outdated; analog with terrible resolution. The lock on the outside door to our building was broken so the door was unlocked most of the time. This is a serious safety issue which should have been addressed immediately.

Without the staff, this place would be horrible.
Pros:

The staff is the saving grace for this place. Booking.com did not have communication with them and they still made accommodations for me. The room didn’t have a tv but they adjusted accordingly. The staff were top-notch. They were in the middle of town and easy to access other places.

Cons:

There was no TV. No breakfast. No swimming pool.

Property was clean and had easy access however there is no elevator so beware if you are impaired

Cons:

No elevator and the carpet in the hallway has a weird feeling to it almost like it has multiple layers of carpet pad or carpet over carpet it’s just weird to walk on

It was great

I liked the aquarium and the gas station connected it was helpful when i needed milk late for my daughter!

Didn’t get a room!!!
Cons:

We drove 7 hours and they told us they over booked and did not have a room for us!! Blamed it on booking.com and didn’t even try to help or accommodate us!! I don’t know who’s to blame but the gal told me they over booked the weekend prior by 28 rooms- how does that happen?? Sounds like to me this should have already been figured out!! A very frustrating experience😞
