The front desk lady was nice
DIRTY! DO NOT STAY ! I’ve read multiple reviews saying how dirty it is and how sorry the company is for it, and clearly changed nothing. Dirty bed , person down the hall said there was a rat that crossed his foot and to not set our stuff on the ground when we arrived. They do not clean thoroughly , we got in our room and a dirty rag under the bed while I was checking for mice to be sure . Cheese on the bed from clearly another person, bed full of stains. Disgusting . Never ever have I experienced this before. Left shortly after we checked in due to being scared to get bed bugs and the bed. Health department needs to be called
Manager real nice
Working man doesn't get breakfast one guy said he wouldn't make coffee upset me very much early in the morning. Maintenance man rude. Doesn't do his job well with leaks in ceiling floors wet and slippery
Very clean and spacious
They told us 6am for breakfast but it was 7am on Saturday
Dirty roads are littered with potholes
I had a room booked for 2 days and got to hotel and person at the front said my room was taken that I was a no show at 8 pm and my son had a room booked also and got there and they said the room was already checked in how is this possible with out his license shown this place has bad management and workers that just check out already booked rooms don't visit.

Nothing
Nothing. I haven’t been to that location for a couple of years after being there several years in a row before that and it was decent - not a 5 star but decent for the money. Now not so much see next question.
Where to start. It was dirty. The common areas were not cleaned in a long time carpet, tile, walls elevators the worst was the breakfast area. There was one person who had to monitor front desk and the pitiful breakfast area. The hotel was full due to the expos and basketball and football camps. Needless to say parents were all talking about how bad it was and dirty it was. There was one waffle iron, two cereal dispensers - it was so dirty no one trusted the milk because it smelled bad. There was a basket of clementines but they were all shriveled. The muffins were old and had a slime on the outside. The tables and counters were not wiped down - waffle mix was all over and then they ran out if waffle mix at 8 AM. We went to Waffle House both days because it was soooooo bad at the hotel. I have never ever been to a hotel breakfast and the topic of 16 people was how bad it was. Many like us went to Waffle House also.
The carpet in our room was really worn, old and stank. The bed didn’t look like the sheets were changed. The first night we slept on top of the covers and next morning we asked housekeeper for a new set and we changed everything ourselves even bedding that was the wrong size. The housekeepers were very nice - they were the only bright spot of the stay.
The front desk staff was rude, acted like you were bothering them. My guess is that they are the owners. If this trend continues it won’t be around long - it is in a great traffic area close to the airport.
Price
Carpet was stained, holes in the wall and hotel did not have room available at check in so I had to check in later
