katastrophal, kein Gefühl von Sicherheit nie wieder dort hin!!!!

es kann nicht sein, dass im Frühstücksraum TaschenDiebe ein und aus gehen, ohne dass es jemanden interessiert, mein Rucksack wurde am 28.05.26 vom Stuhl geklaut von einem Mann der sehr dubios war und zusammen mit einem anderen mit Headset rein gekommen sind. Es wurde die Polizei verständigt die nichts gemacht hat, obwohl auch Videos von den Personen aufgezeichnet wurden. Alle waren Hand in Hand mit diesen Dieben. Der Aufenthalt dort eine reine Katastrophe, keine Sicherheit und kein Komfort obwohl angeblich 4 Sterne hotel. Von der Rezeption sogar die Information bekommen, sie hätten sogar nicht mal die Polizei anrufen dürfen, da es nicht im Zimmer passiert ist, sondern beim Frühstück..echt unglaublich was da alles abgeht. Es sei auch nicht der erste Fall, angeblich passiert dass dort jeden Tag. Wir mussten auch noch 1 Tag früher abreisen, da wir uns nicht mehr sicher gefühlt haben.

Man kann zu Fuß in die Stadt spazieren, und gebührend Parkplätze. Preisleistung passt auch. Ruhiger Gegend. Aber Ausstat

Not a good choice
Pros:

The location was okay. The breakfast was really good. Good variety and good coffee.

Cons:

The reception staff is not professional. They stopped doing our check-in when another customer came although there were 2 reception staff. We waited a lot. The hotel is too dusty. The carpets are dusty and not clean. The bathroom needs change. Everything is old. The internet is bad. There is mosquito in the rooms I guess they are hiding in the dusty curtains. The cleaning is horrible in this hotel. When you have breakfast, there is a dripping water from the ceiling onto your table.

Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage für 10 Euro. Die nahe Busanbindung in die Altstadt für 2,00 € ist optimal. Großes Frühstücksbuffet.

Molto piacevole, ci tornerei
Pros:

Nella norma.poche etichette dei vari alimenti,torte ecc .Per i vegetariani si potrebbe fare qualcosa di più ma tutto sommato non mi è dispiaciuta

Schade ums nette Personal, wir empfehlen das Hotel nicht weiter

Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett, von der Rezeption bis hin zu den Reinigungskräften. Eine herzliche Begrüßung für die ganze Familie war gleich zum Checkin sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Umgebung des Hotels- es stand ein Auto mit eingeschlagenen Scheiben auf dem Parkplatz. Anderen Gästen wurde sogar in der Parkgarage das Auto aufgebrochen. Während unseres Frühstücks wurde eine Familie im Frühstücksraum ausgeraubt, ein sehr schockierendes Erlebnis.
Das Frühstück selbst war zwar recht reichhaltig, aber leider nicht appetitlich und sehr unprofessionell (z.B. Milchsee unter der Kaffeemaschine wurde während einer ganzen Stunde nicht gesäubert, neben den Wärmebehältern Essensreste, keine Teller und Tassen verfügbar, Wurst mit braunem Rand, Obst matschig, Säfte bereits nach einem Drittel der Frühstückszeit leer,…)

Non ci sono stato per un errore nella prenotazione. Dovevo esserci il giorno prima. Ho chiesto a Book8ng la restituzione dei soldi, questi hanno detto che lo doveva fare il Maxim, chiamando il Maxim, dicevano che era Booking. Mettetevi d'accordo.
