2 star hotel (at best)
Pros:

Staff were friendly

Cons:

This is not a 4 star hotel. Desperate need of refurb. Lamps in room not working. Toilet doesn't flush properly. Only 1 lift working which is occupied in the morning by housekeeping. Breakfast is poor. No tea/coffee making facilities in room- you have to use a jug to collect water from hall way. No control over aircon in room. You have to go down to reception and ask to be adjusted.

The hotel was great, the breakfast was amazing they have everything you wish for and the stuff was great.

It's better to sleep in the train station than to sleep in such crappy conditions for money.

Everything old, broken beds, broken bathroom, with limescale and mold. Not worth the money. Very, very disgusting breakfast. Old hard muffins, guests always waiting for their food to be brought to them.

Camera spaziosa, letto ampio e comodo servizio ottimo. Colazione ottima e a prezzo ragionevole visto il buffet.

Pros:

In den letzten vier Jahren habe ich sechs Mal zu verschiedenen Zeiten in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Die Zimmer wurden komplett renoviert und sind sehr schön geworden. Das Wichtigste ist jedoch, dass endlich auch der Aufzug erneuert wurde – eine sehr positive Entwicklung. Ich freue mich darauf, im August wiederzukommen. Das Hotel ist hinsichtlich des Komforts sehr empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Buona la posizione molto vicino alla fermata dei bus.
Ottima la colazione a buffet e il personale in sala molto gentile e disponibile.
Buona la pulizia della camera e gli asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno

Cons:

Al check in ci è stata assegnata una camera con un letto affondato e con un copriletto vecchio e macchiato, il letto scricchiolava e le molle del materasso che si sentivano( non si capisce il perché delle 4 stelle).
Ho chiesto subito di cambiare stanza, ci hanno spostati in un altra stanza dello stesso piano dove il letto era leggermente migliore.
E poi quella moquette che sá di sporco e le applique vicino al letto senza lampadine.
Insomma credo che non sia da 4 stelle.

Das Hotel hat keine 4 Sterne verdient, sondern eher 0
Hotelzimmer abgewohnt, dreckig unter den Betten alter Müll.

Das Frühstück geradeso akzeptabel.

Aber die Krönung war der Diebstahl vom Rucksack unserer Freunde während des Frühstücks im Hotel, vor den Augen aller und vor allem unserer Kinder.

Absolut inakzeptabel ist es, dass es Hotelfremden möglich ist, sich getrennt voneinander, gemütlich zum Frühstück hinzusetzen um den perfekten Zeitpunkt abzuwarten.

Vom Einbruchsversuch an meinem Fahrzeug mal abgesehen, werden wir nie wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt vorzeitig abgebrochen.

Pros:

Hotel en un barrio feo. Reformado en los años 80 .necesita reforma urgente. Tapicería que huele fatal. El baño es lo mejor. La ropa de cama está bien pero las habitaciones con moqueta, papel antiguo y muebles muy feos. El garaje da miedo, es un almacén de cosas viejas y no se ha barrido nunca. La recepción está en un sótano al igual que el salón del desayuno. Desayuno muy básico con cero encanto. Poca luz natural. El hotel es malo en general pero el personal muy agradable.
