Inizialmente la camera assegnata era poco pulita e con una moquette vecchia e sporca, dopo una mia prima lamentela lo staff mi ha procurato una stanza ristrutturata da poco, non perfetta ma almeno aveva il pavimento a parquet e sicuramente più pulita della prima camera.

Great option for Verona!
Pros:

Everything was brilliant. The best value for money. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was absolutely lovely and very tasty. I’d go back a thousand times!

Cons:

It’s quite a long way from the city centre. But it’s well worth it, as the transport links in Verona are very good too

Pros:

Tutto molto bene, check-in veloce e cortese, così come il check-out, buona anche la colazione. Camera in ordine e ben illuminata. Nel caso specifico anche un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

nulla ma ho un piccolo suggerimento.... entrando in camera ho trovato una caraffa vuota e dei bicchieri ma non ho trovato acqua in frigo.... per poi scoprire solo al mattino che era possibile rifornirsi al piano grazie ad un distributore automatico di acqua.... non ho percepito la cosa come iun disservizio altrimenti avrei chiamato la reception ma un cartello avrebbe risolto :-)

Pros:

Stayed on the 5th floor where I believe the rooms have recently been done up, beautiful big room. The bed was super comfy and the shower was fab. Breakfast was basic but what was on offer was lovely.

Cons:

Location is a touch out of the way, but for the price it's a compromise we were willing to make.
