Las fuentes, el gimnasio, el hotel te invita a salirte un poco de la ciudad por la manera en la que esta decorado y piedras.
Tuvimos la primera noche un problema con nuestro aire acondicionado, nos dieron la solución de llevarnos un abanico de pedestal y tampoco funciono, hasta el día sábado nos cambiaron de cuarto y resulto que en el que nos dieron tampoco jalaba. Siento que al ser hotel deberian tener más opciones cuando esto pase.
Lo mismo paso con las almohadas pedimos dos almohadas más chicas (menos altas) y no tenian después de mucho nos tocaron la puerta y nos dieron las últimas que tenian. La alfombra también tenia mucho polvo, nuestras calcetas acabaron sucias.

Buena ubicación. Habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas.
Las habitaciones aún tienen todo el piso alfombrado, entiendo que va un poco con el concepto de lugar pero ya se les ve viejas y son pogo higiénicas. Deberían considerar cambiarlas.

La arquitectura y decoración del hotel, de muy buen gusto e ideal para fotografías, tanto de día como de noche.
La ubicación del hotel, lejos del centro, hace necesario usar taxis constantemente, pero aún así volvería a hospedarme en este sitio.
El jacuzzi de la habitación 207, aunque muy amplio, funcionaba con muy poca fuerza.
El elevador para llegar a las habitaciones, considero que requiere renovarse, pero es un detalle menor que no demeritó nuestra estancia.

La limpieza, había pelos en la regadera cuando llegamos y se tardaron 3 dias en limpiar, y mi último día me faltaba dinero en mi habitación al preguntar al personal todos se contradecía dándome diferentes pretextos

Sometimes I told her that the other person told me that she would show me the video, she told me that she would see what she could do and after an hour she showed me a video from the day before but in the day of the night that was when I mentioned that I had lost my money, so in the end I didn't get anything back and only covered their backs with each other. My review is bad because the way I was treated was not fair, I was respectful and honest all the time and I was not treated the same way, I would not return to this hotel as I was very, very disappointed in the service and that my money was stolen, I think I have no desire to return or recommend it.
