Close to beach, nice view/sunset, location

Cons:

More language friendly with international guests that speak English. We had a problem with one staff at the front desk that didn’t speak English fluently and booked us a massage incorrectly. Also, we tried to confirm a bus ticket and another staff understood that we wanted more tickets. Not a serious problem but could be much better if staff speaks English better. Staff was kind and helpful with us, in general.

Beautiful Ocean Views and Outstanding Breakfast, but No Longer a True 5-Star Experience
Pros:

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Our room was spacious, very quiet, and offered fantastic views of the pool, beach, and ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.

The western breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a huge selection and excellent quality. A special thank you goes to the chef at the egg station, who remembered my wife’s preferred order after just a few days and prepared it for her without even being asked. That level of attentiveness was truly exceptional.

The beach with its picturesque rock formations is beautiful, and the pool is perfect for families. The peaceful location is another plus, although you definitely need a rental car to explore Okinawa.

Cons:

The hotel still has the charm of a classic grand hotel, but it is clearly showing its age. The lobby, hallways and entrance create a wonderful first impression, yet many areas are in need of renovation. By today’s standards, I would no longer rate it as a true five-star property. We noticed loose tiles in our shower, some of the sunbed cushions around the pool were mouldy, and—like in many hotels we visited in Japan—the blackout curtains were insufficient, making the room bright from around 4:30 a.m.

We were also disappointed by the lack of flexibility at check-out. I asked to settle our room bill the evening before our early flight, but was told this was impossible and that I could simply come to reception from 5 a.m. onwards. That is not the level of service I would expect from a five-star hotel.

Finally, while the breakfast itself was excellent, having to take a number and wait for a table during busy periods felt out of place for a hotel of this category. Likewise, the hotel restaurants did not seem to have enough capacity. We enjoyed one dinner there, but vegetarian choices were very limited considering the high prices. Nearby restaurants offered equally delicious food for a fraction of the cost.

Globalement déçue pour un soi disant 5* d’après booking.
Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et propre.
La plage est jolie.

Cons:

Les services proposés, pas de bar, un restaurant buffet qui propose les mêmes plats chaque soir.
Pas de lieu convivial pour se retrouver le soir après dîner. Et une partie lobby très sale:Tapis et canapé.

lovely, comfortable hotel directly on the beach
Pros:

location directly on the beach was very good, but also far from public transport, which was not so good
breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, Japanese and Western
we used the restaurant for dinner once and also the BBQ at the beach. Food was great, but also too expensive
the rooms are big and comfortable, and the balcony was niece, but could do with a blast from the pressure washer

dinner and BBQ were very expensive
balcony needs a deep clean with the pressure washer

最高でした！
Pros:

海外の様なおしゃれな雰囲気とプールから海が続いているのが最高です！
朝ご飯も美味しくて朝から満足でした！

Cons:

受付までの誘導の方々が言葉もなかなか通じず、聞いた質問を理解していなかったのが辛かったです。片言でもいいのでホテルのシステムを理解して働いてほしいです。

The facilities had to pay for indoor pool and no bar to relax at the end of the day but worse only 2 out of 4 restaurants open, I would not recommend this hotel but have to say the staff were brilliant and friendly

Pros:

Great location and we particularly loved the bbq restaurant on the beach

Cons:

The carpet in the room was badly worn and emitted an unpleasant odor. When you enter, it smells strongly of dampness. The outdated furnitures make the room looks dirty.

Pros:

スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で、ホテルも広々としてとてもくつろげました。朝食も早くから食べられ、種類も多くたくさんたべられました。荷物制限のため、最小の荷物だった為、本とか持っていっていなかったので、暇な時間の費やすのにとても退屈だったので、もう少し本を置いてほしかったです。

Very relaxing stay and I would stay here again
Pros:

Variety of restaurants multiple pools and easy beach access

Cons:

Did not have fitness center. Some shops and restaurants were closed during my stay. It was further away from popular places but that’s not the hotel’s fault I should have done more research
