Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the main square. Friendly and very helpful staff. Nice, comfortable room.
Outside noise was a little loud because the door was quite thin.
Beautiful little spot in the perfect location in Cusco, very close to both San Blas and the main square. Everything was within a 10 mins walking distance.
The staff were what really made it, lovely kind caring people.
The beds were large and comfortable.
The bathroom was lovely with hot water, toiletries and soft towels. Great shower.
It was very clean, with beds made and towels and bins seen to every day. Very nice to come back to at the end of the day.
Similar setup to riads in Marrakesh, with a big open square. Inca walls immediately outside which is very cool.

The breakfast is quite basic but sufficient, with cooked eggs if you'd like it. Need to ask for milk. Would be nice if they used less single-use cling film.

La puerta está cerrada siempre, se debe tocar el timbre cada vez que regresas.

Excelente localização, a equipe é simpática e sempre disponível. O banho é quente e muito bom, o quarto possui aquecedor, muito confortável. A cama é ótima, bem grande e confortável. Possui secador de cabelo e cofre.
O piso de madeira é bem barulhento, o que incomoda bastante quando outros hóspedes estão saindo de manhã bem cedo. Todos os dias que fiquei fui acordada pelo barulho.

Staff were friendly and helpful with early morning starts. The location is brilliant.
Temperature control in the room was limited.
The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. The rooms were very well decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The hotel was very central and easy to walk to from main local destinations. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

El desayuno era muy pobre en variedad. El aislamiento de las puertas y ventanas era nulo. Además que todo el suelo de madera crujía excesivamente cada vez que alguien pasaba por el pasillo dando la sensación de que casi alguien estaba dentro de la habitación.
The hotel was very comfortable with huge beds and lovely white bedding. The shower was hot and products were provided. The staff were exceptional - going above and beyond to help us when we needed to change our flights. The breakfast was simple but adequate with eggs, bread, jam, fruit, yoghurt and juices. We stayed a total of 13 nights at the hotel. It's situated near the main square with its many cafes and restaurants. There is always a thermos of hot water for tea and coffee available in the pretty courtyard.
If we needed to make a negative comment it would be that the rooms overlooking the road can get a little noisy with music from nearby cafe's.

The bedrooms were roomy, comfortable, super clean and the bed and pillows were beyond comfortable. The bed sheets and cover were so heavy it was impossible to not sleep well. It was pure bliss....
The bathroom was beautiful with these lovely tiles and a cute round porcelain sink with a gorgeous flower rim. I loved it!
The breakfast was nice, with typical wood oven bread (love it!), freshly made eggs (you had to order how you liked them), super nice fresh fruit, lovely freshly brewed coffee or infusions, etc. If you had an early excursion, a breakfast box would be prepared for you in advance.
The location was also very quiet, we thought it was lovely. And it was close to everywhere really.... Super practical.
Finally, the staff was SO NICE! Everyone was friendly and smily and helpful.
I really lived everything...
The only negative point was that there was no "breakfast room" and one had to plan their breakfast time due to very limited space outside. We were fortunate that it was not too cold, but eating breakfast outside was a bit funny.
Also, the wooden floorboards outside our bedroom were very squeaky and loud, so it was a bit scary at the beginning as it seemed someone was trying to break into our bedroom. The lock was also easy to pick.... so it did not seem very safe.

Very easy to hear neighbors/other guests coming and going in the middle of the night/very early morning. I assume they had early flights but it was very loud.

O quarto que nos apresentaram não era das fotos. O banheiro era mínimo e tinha porta com rachadura. Cortinas com furos. Definitivamente nao e um hotel boutique. Fomos obrigados a pagar uma reserva que nao condizia com as fotos apresentadas.
