A welcoming and luxurious place to stay. Had everything we needed
Pros:

Location was central in Miraflores for our needs, the staff were fantastic - always friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome. They even had a social night for guests with drinks and canapés provided, which was very enjoyable. The breakfast was superb, the room was huge, clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again when visiting Lima.

The facility is definitely rated correctly, the best service and value for your budget.
Pros:

The service staff and management are genuinely there for you. They remember who you are and are engaging. The breakfast is plentiful and fresh. If you desire an omelet or other items not on buffet they are happy to prepare that for you.

Pros:

The location is good, the breakfast is nice, and the people are friendly. The room we booked was large and nice, but the bathroom could use some renovation. You can't prevent water from the shower from getting out and we constantly had water on the bathroom floor.

Cons:

pool was on renovations. It was the main reason we booked this hotel for. Also we arrived early in the morning, like 9 am. They didn.t let us in the room earlier than 12, saying we have to pay extra. Considering pool was not available, that was not a good customer service. A good one would have been to invite us for breakfast for free. But maybe they will learn ... They did offer us a movie night instead, but we were to tired for that. Sauna is not hot, it is just warm.
