Expo in Lima
Pros:

The staff was very friendly all of them made us feeling welcome and they are doing a super job, from the security to the concierge to the ladies at the reception.

Cons:

the overall experience with the structure and the services related are not what you expect from a 5 stars hotel, my personal opinion that could have been a 3/4 stars maximum but unfortunately the structure itself would need quite a lot of improvements.

En la reserva por booking decia que tenia pileta y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no habia! Y justamente habia reservado este hotel por la pileta! Si sabia no iba a este hotel! Por la misma plata habia otros situados en otros lugares mas lindo de la cuidad. Una pena! No cumplio no guna expectativa

Excelente precio-calidad en el corazón de Miraflores
Pros:

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada, a pasos de excelentes restaurantes y a una distancia razonable del Malecón. Respecto de las instalaciones, se nota que lo han estado remodelando, lamentablemente cuando fuimos la piscina estaba en mantenimiento (lo que para nosotros fue una decepción importante), pero tienen una zona de bar bastante buena y el restaurante solo lo probamos para el desayuno (que creo que el horario es un poco estrecho hasta las 10:00). Las primeras 3 noches estuvimos en la habitación “Suite superior”, realmente increíble - espaciosa y con jacuzzi privado- todo impecable, con aguas embotelladas y café espresso de cortesía en la habitación, además de pequeños detalles como batas y pantuflas. Sin embargo, al querer extender nuestra estancia 1 noche más, inicialmente nos dijeron que no había problema, pero luego nos tuvimos que cambiar a otra habitación dado que iban a hacer mantenimiento de todas las piezas con jacuzzi.

Cons:

La última noche que estuvimos fue en una pieza “Habitación Premium” en que lamentablemente se escuchaba todo el ruido del pasillo y de la pieza de arriba, lo que dificultó nuestro dormir.
Creo que el horario del desayuno debiera ser hasta las 11:00, dado que actualmente es hasta las 10:00, pero te regañan si llegas a las 09:30.
