Never again. Better at the Motel 8 or Marriott
Pros:

The room was comfortable, but so is Motel 8

Cons:

There was a sink in the bathroom, no place to put toiletries. You HAD to put up $100 room deposit after I just paid $500+ for 2 nights. “Sorry can’t chk in till you give us more. Maybe in 3-5 days you”ll be refunded” No ice chests allowed in pool area. Forced to buy drink snacks at resort or go back to room. We had to drive to pool-too far to walk.

Pros:

The kids absolutely loved the pool! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Cons:

There wasn’t enough shaded areas around the pool to accommodate all of the guest, and a lot of people had babies and really needed shade.

Toddler Paradise
Pros:

Perfect place for toddlers. This was our second year going, looking forward to next year.

More umbrellas are needed by the slide pool and lazy river.

Terrible room accommodations. Unable to sleep in the bed for the duration of the trip.

Tiny room. Had to leave early because the beds were so uncomfortable. Too spread out. Had to use a car to go to the restaurant.

We liked it until we got moved into another room due to the ac being broken and they had roaches.
Pros:

We liked how convenient it was to get to the water playground but our ac in the room broke and they moved us to the very back of the resort which was a bit scary!

Cons:

The back room they put us in had lots of traffic and noise all night. Never again.

My family came home exhausted from all the fun we had!
Pros:

I loved how the buildings were spread out . It felt more personal than a condominium, where everyone is stacked on top of each other, fighting for an elevator. I also loved how the kids’ water play area was separate from the adult pool.

Cons:

I would have liked a microwave in my hotel room.

Don’t waste your time or money.
Pros:

The water slides and pool area were nice.

Cons:

No AC in the room. Moved us to another room that also didn’t have AC. Both rooms smelled like mildew and they had a table fan in each room to make up for not having a working AC. Asked for a full refund and they said they couldn’t do it because we booked it through Booking.com
Moved us to a third room that had a working AC but it didn’t work well.
They tried to double charge us for the resort fee that was already paid for.
