Pros:

The splash pad and lazy river, pool, restraunt, arcade, beach all being walking distance.

Cons:

Our A/C stopped working on our last night. The room was 89°and we had a 4 year old child with us. Very uncomfortable.

Overall it was pretty good!
Pros:

I have been here a few times and we love it! Rooms were comfortable and very nice and the bar at the pool is very relaxing

Cons:

I took my wife for a night on the coast just to get away from home and love the place for the lazy river and stuff but the pool was shut down because of not enough staff that day. Was disappointing but aside from that it was great. Will still be back there again

My stay here was horrible due to the fact that they do not make it more affordable for your families

This trip was the worst trip that I have ever been on. I spent most time at the front desk trying to figure out what was going on with the rooms. I had my grandbabies out, so that was very discomfort for me. They did not have complemental breakfast resort that I ever been to our hotel that did not offer that. The fact that they did not have microwaves in the room or not even lenders to give to you was very discomfortable because small kids do not always eat a food and you have to bring it with them. It was set up to spend money at the restaurants all day or when you have a family that’s impossible to do on a budget. . I was very displeased if I can give them a zero I would..

Cons:

You can start by making sure the rooms are together when you first get there or if if someone is having problems with them not being so difficult the way they spend the whole state up at the front desk. You can have lender, microwaves or microwaves and all of the rooms to warm up your food.. You can also have complemental breakfast. That is one thing that you normally have and more discounts at the restaurants. See what they would have even a buffet would be nice during lunch. These things will make it more easier for your guest with families..
