Rememberable and uncomfortable for the first night.
Pros:

I was promised a free night because of no AC on my first night. I have not received it as of yet and this is very troubling to me because I am a silver member.

Cons:

The property was good I just didn’t have AC the first night and it made my stay rememberable.

Overall, it was a comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable stay with exceptional service.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at The Hampton Inn! Brittany at the front desk was absolutely exceptional—so welcoming, professional, and helpful. Anna at breakfast was also incredibly friendly and made the morning experience even better. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was great, and the room air quality/temperature was perfect. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping, which made everything easy. It was also nice and quiet during quiet hours, which made for a very restful stay. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay again!

Cons:

The breakfast was the only part of my stay that fell a bit short for me. While I appreciate offering a variety of options, some of the plant-based and alternative items were not to my taste. Fortunately, every other aspect of my stay was excellent, and the overall experience far outweighed this minor disappointment.

Pros:

The location was really nice. The lobby felt welcoming and offered free coffee. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The bed was very squeaky and the bathroom could use an update. Also, when showering, I noticed there was still hair on the wall from the previous guest.

The whirlpool tub was definitely a bonus to the room ! Will book again

The carpet in the hallway and room is old /worn looking. The bed /mattress wasn't as comfortable as I expected but hey, it is a hotel and Im sure its had its share of Guests.. lol

Awesome Stay I will definitely recommend my friends.
Pros:

This was a excellent stay, personnel was very friendly and resourceful, the cleaning crew was awesome.. but Mrs. Pat the lady that served breakfast was the Best hands down ! She went above and beyond the call for duty. she was very professional,courteous,resourceful, kind, and polite. If I was Leadership I would PROMOTE HER NOW!!!! just had a blast.. the work-out facility was excellent, all of the equipment was working and in good order...Excellent Stay..
