I liked NOTHING about this hotel & I would actually like a refund!!! I came
To visit family and it was not a welcoming stay..They wouldn’t even accommodate us whatsoever!!!

Cons:

I booked a double bed room..for me and my sibling And we got a one queen size bed..With flimsy white thin sheets..Very small and closed in..no lock on my door no closet no space..very humid and uncomfortable that I ended up not even staying!!! Not even for the first Night horrible experience.would not recommend

Pros:

I was told my the night staff that I had to leave a 10 dollar deposit for the TV remote…..

It was 93 degrees no Air conditioning was working

I had no towels to use after requesting 3x.
I cut the sheet into thick square pieces and used that to wipe my ass and dry myself off. Go find someone safe to play with.

The guy at the front desk was the only good part of this place.

Cons:

I booked 3 rooms and they were all horrible. Two of the rooms had the deadbolt broken and the peep hole darkened out.

There was noise from people slamming doors and talking all night long as well as noise from the subway.

We didn't arrive until 2 am and we checked out at 7 am because of all I stated above. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
