The customer service was terrible, I had to argue with the receptionist in order to even get access to my room, the pictures online barely even match what it is like in real life, this area is full of crackheads and the Tv didn’t even work. The furniture here was old and not even modern looking. 1/10! Don’t go here unless you’re looking for disappointment or you’re simply broke and need somewhere quick to lay your head other than that don’t book here.

Absolutamente nada.

Cons:

El alojamiento, está en un área muy frecuentada por adictos, homeless y personas muy extrañas. Desde que entras al hotel huele a marihuana. No tienen reglas flexibles en cuanto a guardar el equipaje. No me llegue a quedar en el lugar cancelando la estadía. Además el personal del “Front Desk” es muy descortés y no te brindan opciones.

Disappointing and utterly disrespectful treatment.
Cons:

On my last visit here, I had my room ransacked by “housekeeping” under the guise of cleaning whereas I did not request room service.
The staff threw away my personal belongings and kept lying to me that they would talk to the staff and to return the next day knowing very well the staff they were referring to was not working the day.
The front desk staff said “there is nothing I can do about this” and truly nothing was done about this by Mint Hotel Staff.

I however lodged a complaint through Booking.com.
