Pros:

What you see is not what you get. This hotels take advantage of the customers. One room in particular in the sub basement.The toilet takes forever to refill.the facet is not stable. The Air conditioner throws only hot air..No space for your suitcase.no where to hang your clothes. It was horrible. Their answer to the problem, "
You did not book with us, you book through booking.com"

This place is an absolute scam and a filthy dump surrounded by a dangerous and sketchy crowd. I had to cancel immediately upon arrival because it felt completely unsafe. To make matters worse, they intentionally disconnected their phone and ignored all my messages, and then lied to Booking that I was a "no-show" just to steal my money for a service they never provided. They are thieves and fraudsters. Do not book here under any circumstances!

Very disappointed stay
Pros:

There is anything I like only 1 microwave in the lobby for the entire people in the hotel wow

Cons:

There were no towels, no bath mat, and no face cloths in the room. When I went to the lobby to ask for a towel, I was handed only one towel, and honestly, it looked like it had not been properly washed. That was very uncomfortable and unacceptable for a hotel.

🕊🌹This particular suites doubled mirrors, & bathroom decor, unfortunately the toilet was a lil cracked at the baseboards, no biggie.

It was an absolutely HORRIBLE experience.
Cons:

The customer service was absolutely below what I would consider respectful or acceptable. First, I had to call around 10 times before I was finally able to speak with someone.

Then, once I arrived at the hotel, I went to the front desk to ask if I could leave my luggage there, since the Booking.com listing stated that the hotel offered luggage storage. However, I was informed that they did not provide this service and that the information on Booking.com was incorrect.

The staff completely denied any responsibility and spoke to me in a way that I do not consider appropriate or professional for the hospitality industry.
