Worst place I’ve ever stayed avoid at all cost

We booked in for 3 nights left after one night it was like a sauna an absolute disgrace no satisfaction no refund for 2 nights when I addressed how hot it was and we were checking out I was laughed at

Awful, never again.

The location was good but that’s where it ended.

Cons:

Comfortably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life. The room was horrific, we stayed in the dungeon, beds were awful and the room was rotten. Falling to bits and I found cheese and rotten milk in one of the drawers and a bag of clothes and toiletries that had been there so long it had gone mouldy, which tells you everything about how often and how thoroughly it was cleaned.

Tutto prenotato 2 camere una tutta rovinata con lì muri scrostati bagno sporco con un immenso odore di urina L altra camera non era nemmeno rifatta ancora con il letto sporco dal precedente cliente quindi tutta la camera era sporca e disordinato
Scappando da quel hotel e senza essere risarcito delle mie spese e nemmeno Booking mi riconosce il problema e disagio

My stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, unprofessional staff, an unsafe environment.

The property was in a pathetic condition, with unclean and foul-smelling rooms. The staff was neither welcoming nor helpful; instead, they were rude and dismissive. When we asked for assistance, we were told to “go away” and not waste their time, which was highly unprofessional and disappointing. Overall, the rooms were unkempt and the service was unacceptable.
I didn’t like the poor condition of the property, especially the unclean and foul-smelling rooms. The rooms were unkempt and poorly maintained. The staff was rude, unwelcoming, and unhelpful, which made the overall experience very disappointing. Additionally, as a solo female traveller, I did not feel safe at the property because of the crowd and the behaviour of some of the staff, which made my stay even more uncomfortable.

Poor - general advice to avoid
Pros:

Location and 24h reception (sometimes needed a phone call to open door)

Cons:

Spray painted on carpet over stains, dirty, worn out and desperately needs renovating. Smells of smoke. Staff didn't seem to care.
