Pros:

All of the comments about this horrible place is true. If you think like me and say its only a base and will only be slept in. Then think again. Never have a stayed in a place like it. Walls . Mattress . Shower enclosure. Sink. Floor.Staff Horrible. No place for to put clothes. But you wouldn't want to take them out your case anyway.

Det var förfärligt, skitigt, dåligt bemötande av personal.
Jag har diagnos och behövde förvara medicin i kylskåp, fick svaret att jag inte behöver förvara insulinet i kylskåp alls. Det är helt fel, nu får jag kasta insulinet.
Det växte hår i toan. Det var äckligt där. WiFi fungerar inte, inga handdukar och inget toapapper.
Inget var bra.

Pros:

The en-suite in the basement room was indescribably bad. We saw silverfish in the bathroom, which is not a surprise when there is no functioning extractor fan or window. Practically every surface in the bathroom painted with grey tile paint, I assume to conceal years’ worth of mould?

When turning on the shower, dirt and grit flooded out from grouting where the sealant was missing. In hindsight, I don’t know how or why we braved the shower, but we were desperate. Thank god we at least had flip flops we could wear in the shower, but the plug hole was blocked so ended up standing in filthy standing water. We couldn’t face a second shower during our stay, the thought made us feel nauseous (not an exaggeration).

If you’re considering staying here, please don’t. Ignore reviews that try to minimise the issue by saying “for the price, what do you expect?” It is not unreasonable to expect basic cleanliness!

Cons:

Unsanitary. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned for a very long time and was unusable. Mould everywhere!!! No toilet roll or soap. Just utterly filthy.

We hated everything. We only stayed the 1 night and booked another hotel.

Cons:

Where do I start? The hotel room was filthy and so was the shared bathroom. The staff were rude. They were giving rooms away to walk-ins and then not having the rooms for those who had booked. They even had the gaul to charge us £15 to store our luggage in what can only be described as a cellar. Overall this is not a hotel but a hotel. Booking.com need to take more responsibility for these type of establishments.

Not worth it
Pros:

The staff member was friendly

Cons:

I had to change 3 rooms as the first didnt open. second had no lighting.

There is damp everywhere and the rooms were very dated. My room itself had damage everywhere and it was very unwelcoming. The bedding wasn’t also the cleanest.

Also acoustics are non-existent. There was an issue with the room next door and every 30 mins early morning they were being spoken to by the staff about something they should have discussed at reception which was disruptive.
