Pros:

O hotel é lindo! Quarto espaçoso e banheiro grande.

Cons:

O único ponto a ser melhorado no quarto é a iluminação a noite. Entendo que a iluminação indireta é uma opção legal em alguns momentos, mas deveria ter também alguma iluminação direta para a arrumação de mala e outros.

Very authentic, high quality, and quite place
Pros:

Charming hotel inside of old farm house. Nice big garden to walk around, quite unique indoor swimming pool, and nicely located outdoor one. The restaurant is great: breakfast with variety of options, dinner is served in a fantastic place under the huge tree. The food is good. The lobby area is comfy with a good bar, outside sitting is available to spend afternoon reading or playing with kids.

Cons:

Unfortunately, outdoor pool was closed due to malfunction. The place is in the middle of the island, no quick access to the beach.

In need of good thorough shake up as reiterated above.
Pros:

Undoubtedly the gardens are magnificent. No doubt. Well worth a visit. Like a Roman emperor’s estate. Hadrian comes to mind.

The staff: notably the restaurant staff: excellent and very warm hearted. Very obliging. Much appreciated. Gracias.

Cons:

Hmmm. We had booked this place in context of an important family birthday. Mine. We hoped for peace tranquility some lovely morning swims perhaps some spa. Oh dear. I did manage one dip in lovely if some might say oddly located pool long way down steep steps from hotel. Then woke to find: pool shut for foreseeable future: spa closed ditto spa pool. No indication to guests re reopening date. An offer finally for us to take ourselves (!!!!!) to sister property well up the road down a dusty track where indeed far off in the middle of an exposed field hooray a pool was to be found. I’ve got nothing against boisterous boys dive bombing pool but this is NOT what I had in mind when I booked the Hotel Santa Ponsa in Menorca. This is in sum a gardens to visit and a good restaurant to visit with very nice food. The hotel bit is missing. Mostly it’s like the Marie Celeste and there’s no lovely welcoming vibe for guests in hotel area. A general manager should be out 24/7 on the floor instigating this vibe & checking closely & visibly on guest comfort & contentment. That is what a hotel is meant to provide.
I’m not saying I did not get an acceptable refund re above for my friends family & I.
But this is not what this is about.
Won’t be returning but wish anyone who does a pleasant stay.

Le site est très bien situé au calme magnifiquement arboré. En revanche, cela mériterait un peu plus d’âme, une piscine

La piscine principale trop éloignée à l’extérieur et en plus en panne deux jours.
Le restaurant était beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la prestation.

De tuin is waanzinnig, onbeschrijfelijk mooi!!! 🌺 De sfeer, de planten alles magisch, het is er overal ongelofelijk.
Voor ons, het mooiste hotel ooit. Ontbijt was ook heel goed, met dank aan de stralend vriendelijke Reyes!
We hadden kamer nr3, met zicht op de prachtige rode gevel vanuit ons heerlijk privé tuintje.
Menorca zelf heeft ons wel niet betoverd. Ciutadella is wel heel bijzonder en zeker de moeite, alsook de calas met hun turquoise water. Oh zo mooi!

Cons:

Het restaurant, weinig creatief! Niet op niveau van de rest! En ook daarom te duur. 😞
De airco mocht wat stiller zijn.
