Great location, can walk everywhere and excellent dining close by.
Pros:

Location was perfect, roof top garden in the evenings was lovely, comfortable beds and nice shower. The staff was wonderful and provided excellent dining recommendations. Of note, this is a vibrant area especially in the evenings and on occasion into the early morning. For us this was not a problem, we slept great.

Amazing hotel/apartment in best part of Athens!!
Pros:

Great location with amazing breakfast next door in the midst of all the action and night life yet walking to central square and acropolis. Roof top deck and great bars and restaurants. The location is unbeatable and self check in with codes super easy. Huge apartment. We had a two bedroom for some reason and was beautifully decorated.

Beautiful stay!
Pros:

The property was well positioned near all the main attractions, in a quiet alleyway. Amazing rooftop space with great amenities. Staff were very accomodating and helpful. We would stay again!

Cons:

Everything was great, however the shower head was slightly leaking.

Nice spot
Pros:

The team was very kind and communicative. They assisted me greatly with flexible timing and luggage storage. The rooftop is gorgeous to relax on with lots of plants and flowers. Everything was clean and new.

Cons:

Not much natural light in the room due to just one small window.

Absolute incredible, highly recommend to anyone staying a night in Athens.
Pros:

The property was very clean and well kept, the bedrooms were so adorable and the roof top was so lovely. The bottle of wine was such a nice touch and we greatly enjoyed our stay and wished we stayed longer!!

Une belle adresse de charme à Psiri / Keramikos
Pros:

Localisation - décoration de la chambre très belle - roof top agréable - chambre très calme - belle salle de bain.

Cons:

Accueil en mode Airbnb (boîtier à clés) donc davantage chambre d’hôte que hôtel mais ce n’est pas un problème.
Pas de safety box dans la chambre.
Pas d’ascenseur et escaliers assez raides ce qui n’est pas facile avec de gros bagages.
Un voucher pour le petit déjeuner pourrait être une option comme cela se pratique dans de nombreux petits établissements comme celui ci

schöne Unterkunft in einem tollen Quartier
Pros:

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war an einer eher ruhigen Strasse im hübschen Psyri Quartier nur 7 min entfernt von Monastiraki. Die Einrichtigung in der Suite war sehr modern mit viel Platz, mit einem Kühlschrank und mit einer Nespessomaschine inkl. Kapseln. Stavroula von der Reception war sehr nett und hat uns zur Abholung am Hafen auch ein Taxi organisiert.
Das Morgen essen haben wir im Restaurant gleich gegenüber gegessen, es ist ein bekannter Frühstücksort, an dem ganz viele Athener und Touristen vorbeikommen, als Hotelgast erhält man auch eine Vergünstigung
Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, vielleicht auch, weil das Schlafzimmer nicht gegen die Strasse raus ist.

Cons:

Das einzige, das mir nicht so gut gefallen hat war, dass es im Badezimmer und im Schlafzimmer keine Fenster gab. Er hat sich beim Schlafen wie in einer Höhle angefühlt... es war deshalb allgemein sehr dunkel, auch im Wohnzimmer hatte es nur ein kleines Fenster zur Strasse.

Stay here again in a heart beat - definitely recommend!
Pros:

Loved the location, very central to lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. The vibe in the local square which is about 5 mins walk away was brilliant. We loved sitting and people watching, enjoying a glass (or 2!) of wine, listening to a live Greek trio, it was awesome. The receptionist, George, was exceptional, very helpful and informative. The hotel is quirky and perfect for an overnighted or a few days stay. The rooms perfectly equipped with everything we needed, very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine on the rooftop garden in the sun. Just perfect. Oh yes, nearly forgot, the black out curtains were so effective, we slept really well with no light waking us up in the morning, thankfully, we’d set an alarm!!!

Cons:

To be honest, we would find it difficult to fault it. We didn’t realise until early morning just before we left that we had no milk for our tea, but it’s not a deal breaker and we coped! No major problem.

We really enjoyed our stay for our honeymoon at Ederlezi!
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at Ederlezi Boutique Hotel. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed throughout our stay.

The hotel and room were exceptionally clean, and we found the facilities to be very well maintained. While there are bars nearby, we stayed on a Tuesday and Wednesday when the area was quite quiet, and the room itself was impressively soundproof, making for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

We found Athens to be very walkable, and the location was excellent—just off the main streets while still being close to everything. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, many with beautiful views of the Acropolis. We also thoroughly enjoyed spending time on the hotel's relaxing rooftop patio, which was a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring.

We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Ederlezi Boutique Hotel to anyone visiting Athens.
