Great value for money.
Pros:

Clean, good value for money, friendly staff, good choice of vegetarian food which was delicious (5 bean chilli). Plenty of sockets for charging technology. Free car parking.

Cons:

Didn't dislike anything, not 100% due to basic nature of accommodation and noisy bar for eating food (it was a Friday night though!)

An excellent price and therefore exceeded expectations.
Pros:

Staff, helpful and efficient.
Special mention Tracy, the manager saw my friend's mobility problems and immediately changed our room to ground floor.
Beds were comforatable. Bed linen, towels sparkling white. Room and bathroom immaculately clean.
Great coffee.

Cons:

Black mould in the shower, a bit offputting.

Cons:

It was very hot weather but there was no AC or Fan available also WiFi wasn't working I tried several times over my 3 day stay following there instructions but it would not connect

Pros:

The room was basic but clean,bed was comfortable, Wi fi good and shower excellent.What more can you ask for the price I paid!!!
On top of this the staff were great and the food was great.Well do e to everyone!!!

Super staff, lovely breakfast, nice garden with outdoor seating, easy walking distance to Alcester
Pros:

Staff were super, especially Brendan who stayed up from 3am all night to provide support to guests, who had motorcycles parked in the car park, after a motorcycle was stolen from the car park that night, on the 28-Jun. Thank you Brendan 🙏

Cons:

The security at the property is poor, and motorcycles have been stolen from the car park at the property, the weekend of the ABR Festivals in 2025 & 2026.

It was a mistake, I will be wary of booking.com in future
Pros:

The breakfast I chose was just a sandwich which was quite poor, the Latte was decent.

Cons:

If I wanted to stay next week it was £50 a night so it makes you feel like you have been taken advantage of.

Wat een slecht hotel!!!

Cons:

De TV werkte niet.
De WC pot stond los.
Diverse schimmelplekken in de badkamer.
Het was eigenlijk een sportcafe met slaapkamers 3x3,5mtr
Plaatselijke jeugd lverbleef stomdronken en zeer luidruchtig op de parkeerplaats hangen.
Dezelfde jeugd zat op mijn voertuig.
Nooit hier naartoe gaan

What you expect for the money
Pros:

Cheap and central location

Cons:

No air con, room was like a sweatbox. No proper seating. Noisy with people leaving the pub (possibly due to the England football being on TV that night)
