Really great staff welcoming and nothing too much trouble, everywhere clean and tidy.
No hairdryers, very disapointing.

The bed was uncomfortable and hard, needs a new mattress or a topper.
Would have liked a fan as the room was hot and as on ground floor I didnt want to open the windows.

Very tired looking. Got a pizza delivered through the window to our room in the evening. Couldn't get breakfast the following morning due to a large group and not enough staff serving behind the bar.

The room on the same level as the beer garden felt a little exposed so had to keep the blind down and unable to open the window
Location was what we needed, easy to park, darts boards and good value drinks. Lots of screens for sports and the staff were really nice
Bathroom looked dirty as in the shower area was full of blackened sealant which made the room look dirty and inviting to get a shower. Bed lamps on wall rusty. Chips were good but didn’t enjoy the burger, but other food looked nice.

Staff were super nice, rooms decent though requiring some refurbishment, quite good location with big parking.
Cleanliness is a major issue. The carpets are very dirty and stinky, the rooms are only superfically cleaned - the bathrooms are filthy, the windows are filthy, there are spidernets everywhere in the corners. Thanks god bedsheets were clean.

For our needs it is perfect
The staff were excellent, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was also clean and well maintained, there was plenty of free parking available, WiFi and the hotel’s central location was very convenient, easy to find, lot of options for breakfast.
Unfortunately, our stay was quite uncomfortable. The room’s window opened directly onto a patio that was completely full, so we had very little privacy and were not comfortable keeping the window open. However, the room had no air conditioning or any other cooling system, and given the hot weather, we had no choice but to open the window for ventilation.
This made the room difficult to stay in and significantly affected our overall experience. I would expect better ventilation, cooling facilities, and privacy. I hope the hotel considers addressing this issue for future guests.

Open the door and the smell is just awful. Mainly a damp smell.
Shower tray was blocked and didn’t empty quick enough so I couldn't shower else it would have flooded the bathroom. Told the staff and they said they would try and fix it... well that didn’t happen.
Could not wash using the sink because the drain was rusty.
Called and asked for a 1st floor room after my booking and that also didn’t happen.
