Lovely pleasent hotel to relax in a the reception staff made you feel so welcome when you checked in

Lovely Stay at The Hoxton Southwark!
Pros:

Great location, clean beautiful room. They even were kind enough to upgrade me to a bigger room which was really sweet of them!

Cons:

Not much to complain about - my waiter at their downstairs restaurant seemed to forget about me causing other staff members to run and help but staff was super friendly otherwise and lovely.

Pros:

Decent location and food

Cons:

Why was there no room service…. No turndown service, no cleaning and resetting of the room, no changing towels etc. which should be the standard. Rather subpar.
