Good location
Reception staff very good but bar staff dismissive and unhelpful. Definitely not worth the £404 a night and would not book again.

The staff are exceptional, very welcoming and friendly. They were really helpful about the area and even recommended restaurants for us to go to.
I loved the quirky, stylish atmosphere. Our room was the Snug room and it was perfect for a romantic get away. Had everything we needed, lovely complimentary toiletries, coffee and water.

Für den gehobenen Preis hat uns doch einiges gestört - Frühstücksauswahl lässt wirklich zu wünschen übrig und ist eher auf 3 Sterne Niveau. Eine Sorte Scheibenkäse, 1 Sorte Wurst ! Nur Rührei , keine Möglichkeit andere Eierspeisen zubereiten zu lassen. Wir haben das Frühstück dazugebucht, standen aber an keinem Tag auf der Frühstücksliste. Jeden Tag wurden wir daher am Eingang gefragt,ob wir sicher auch Frühstück dabei haben. Wurden skeptisch beäugt , durften uns dann zwar setzen und essen. Hier wurde noch mit Papier Liste gearbeitet und es war scheinbar nicht möglich diese während des ganzen Aufenthaltes zu aktualisieren???
Auch die Zimmerreinigung kommt nur auf Zuruf - man muss an der Rezeption melden wenn man das Zimmer gereinigt haben möchte. Dies hat bei uns einmal geklappt, einmal nicht. Ist bei dieser Preiskategorie nicht akzeptabel, dafür zahlt man zu viel.
The staff we excellent, very helpful and pleasant. We loved the room, it was clean, luxurious, a little quirky, quiet despite being near the elevator. The cocktail bar is fantastic.
Nice clean rooms with everything necessary. I’ve stayed with my corgi, bowls and dog bed was provided and fluffy baby really enjoyed them!
I hope the management will bring breakfasts downstairs. They used to be awesome…
The location is perfect as very close to the tube. The reception staff were very helpful.
