Good location and comfortable rooms
The requirement for a £50 deposit despite the fact I had paid for the room in full before I arrived. I didn’t get a satisfactory answer as to why I need to pay this additional deposit

We’ve stayed at the Hoxton a few times but this was the first time we stayed at the Hoxton Southwark. The rooms and bathroom are beautifully furnished (as usual). The Seabird roof terrace does a brilliant happy hour with oysters on Fridays/Saturdays and the views over the skyline are incredible. We also had peaceful morning coffees in the lobby bar. The staff were really friendly and attentive.

Alles gut
Early check-in. The manager Phoebe was fantastic, the room was on the road-side and very quiet. It was the perfect size to chill out in after a long day sightseeing. Loved having a desk and different types of chairs in the room to choose from and a walk-in shower. I wish I'd had time to spend sitting in the top floor outside area.

The hotel is stylish and the decor is beautiful. The rooms were much better than I initially expected, and the staff were excellent throughout. I had forgotten my charger at home and the reception team very kindly lent me one for the night. The rooftop restaurant was next level: stunning views, amazing cocktails and five star service. Would recommend to anyone looking for something special.
Absolutely nothing. Though we had breakfast included which could have been nicer, but only just picking faults, it wasnt a problem.
