Decent location and food

Cons:

Why was there no room service…. No turndown service, no cleaning and resetting of the room, no changing towels etc. which should be the standard. Rather subpar.

Great hotel if you're going to the O2
Pros:

Lovely staff that acknowledged my 11 year old which I appreciated. Check out was 12pm which was a gift after a concert! Great location with 3 tube stations within walking distance. Will definitely stay again.
