Excellent little hotel.
Pros:

Nice people work there. Good value, clean, amenities and facilities provided, responsive communication.

Cons:

The positives justify the 20 min walk from station. As most guests don’t stay long, can understand kitchenette more for re-heating than preparing food.

highly recommend, would go again
Pros:

its a nice rural area with farmland next to you. really nice staff that also let us check in early. rooms are really good and the entrance has a very traditional feel.

Cons:

there is a horse ranch nearby which when you exit the hotel you can sometimes smell it.
beds are firm. not too firm but is better than a futon if you dont want to sleep in a futon. they do have futon options, up to you. i slept great still

¡Excelente ubicación!
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación! Se puede llegar desde el aeropuerto de Narita sin problemas. Queda a distancia caminable del Templo Shinjō-ji. Hay un 7-Eleven a menos de cinco minutos caminando. Cuando llegas te reciben con un mapa de la zona y te muestran todo lo que hay cerca para comer y algunas atracciones. Un lugar perfecto para llegar a descansar, sobre todo si llegas a Japón a través del aeropuerto Narita de noche.

Cons:

Si tienes maletas grandes es probable que la habitación sea un poco pequeña.

The staff made sure we felt welcomed and gave us helpful tips about the surrounding area. The hotel is situated near meadows with a calming view in the distance.

Cons:

our neighbours were quite rowdy, but the staff isn't to blame for that.
