Celebration not as expected
Pros:

I wanted to surprise my partner for her 50th birthday and hoped for a perfect stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because we believed the beds would be soft and comfortable. Sadly, they were extremely firm, which became a serious issue due to my partner’s back problems. We asked if the hotel could provide an extra mattress topper, but were told they did not have any and were simply advised to place pillows under the mattress for support. For a hotel positioned in the high-end luxury segment, this was very disappointing and not the level of service we expected.

We had also contacted the hotel well in advance to ask whether a late check-out could be arranged for an additional fee, as our flight departed late in the evening and we wanted to make the most of this special celebration. We were told it was completely impossible — even an extra 30 minutes could not be accommodated. Since we checked out on a Sunday and this is a large hotel, it is difficult to believe the hotel was fully booked from Sunday to Monday.

What disappointed us the most, however, was the attitude of the reception staff. They came across as rude, dismissive, and arrogant rather than understanding or service-minded. I also sent an email to the hotel afterwards regarding the bed situation, but never even received a reply, which feels highly unprofessional.

That said, the hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious, and visually impressive. It is simply unfortunate that the people representing the hotel do not seem to take guest concerns seriously or make an effort to ensure the best possible experience for their guests.

A Modern Hotel!
Pros:

An excellent stay! Hitel is located in front of a park. A quick and efficient check in process, large and comfortable rooms, bathroom is large, a casino attached to the hotel and an excellent restaurant, too!!
Definitely worth a visit... with a sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi facilities added to the stay.

A Very Pleasant Stay!
Pros:

It is a centrally located modern hotel opposite a beautiful park, with attractive interiors and well appointed comfortable rooms. The bathrooms are large with separate areas for bath tub and shower. More shelf space in the cupboard will be convenient.
The breakfast buffet is sumptuous.

Good but not Great
Pros:

The hotel itself was good, not great. A little on the pricey side and lesser amentites than some of the cheaper stays we had during our holiday. Hilton still feels like luxury and I guess we pay for that. Definitely not a 5-star experience. Staff was nice, and the room was clean with a good view.

Cons:

Would've been nice if the TV was a smart TV which allowed cast feature and connect media apps from phone to TV, we had that at all other budget places.
