Kleines Juwel mit Top-Housekeeping, aber einfachem Frühstück
Pros:

Ein kleines, feines und sehr edel wirkendes Hotel in Porto, das sich ganz unscheinbar hinter einer grünen Tür verbirgt – ein echtes kleines Juwel. Alle Zimmer liegen zum ruhigen und sehr charmanten Hinterhof, sodass man bei geöffneter Balkontür wunderbar schlafen konnte. Die Betten waren ausgesprochen bequem und sorgten für eine sehr erholsame Nachtruhe. Auch das Zimmer entsprach nicht nur der Beschreibung, sondern wirkte in der Realität sogar noch schöner.

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir die Zimmerreinigung: Diese war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts von einer Woche durchgehend äußerst gründlich und professionell. Es wurde wirklich nichts übersehen, sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad war alles stets perfekt gereinigt. Selbst an einem Tag, an dem wir erst am Nachmittag das Zimmer verließen, stellten wir bei unserer abendlichen Rückkehr fest, dass wieder alles makellos hergerichtet und gereinigt wurde – das hat uns wirklich begeistert.

Sehr positiv ist hingegen die Parkplatzsituation: Direkt vor der Tür kann man in der Straße kostenfrei parken, was uns mehrmals gelungen ist. Alternativ gibt es mehrere Parkhäuser in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, deren Preise sich im Rahmen (für 24 h zwischen 12€ - 22€) bewegen.

Insgesamt ein wunderschönes, kleines Hotel mit tollem Charme, sehr gutem Schlafkomfort und herausragender Zimmerreinigung - mit Verbesserungspotential beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Weniger überzeugend war hingegen das Frühstück. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wurde es sehr schnell eintönig, insbesondere das Obst- und Gemüseangebot war sehr eingeschränkt (nur Orange, Kiwi, Gurke und Tomate, zudem sehr dünn geschnitten). Der angebotene Obstsalat wirkte zudem eher wie ein Produkt aus der Dose und wurde teilweise nicht nachgefüllt. Der Service beim Frühstück war bei höherem Gästeaufkommen (mehr als 6 Personen) absolut überfordert, sodass wir das Frühstück mehrfach ausgelassen und stattdessen ein nahegelegenes Café besucht haben.

Por la noche se oía muy fuerte la música del local de al lado. Además la gente salía a fumar a la pasarela dejando la puerta del local abierta y se escuchaba aún más fuerte la música. No se podía dormir. El motivo de la estancia era por trabajo y necesitaba madrugar al día siguiente. Aconsejo mejorar la insonorización. Y por último, la cafetera de la habitación estaba estropeada, y no funcionaba correctamente.
