The staff were very friendly and the location great but the small attention to detail which makes the stay more enjoyabl

The location was great .

Cons:

We paid for a superior room and there were no drinking facilities. No kettle for tea and one pod for coffee. No water for the room either. We stayed for 4 nights and whilst the rooms were changed the complimentary bottles of conditioner and shampoo were not. Those are the sort of things I would have expected to be there given our room choice.
