Disappointing stay — I don’t understand the positive reviews

Cons:

The room was extremely poorly soundproofed. The cleaning staff speaks extremely loudly in the morning, and there is significant street noise even from the third floor.

The breakfast also gives the impression that most of the food has simply been warmed up rather than freshly prepared. We were asked to move to the other table so that italian speaking guests can sit on the one we occupied.

The hotel advertises free public parking spaces on the street, but then you find out that you have to move your car at 7 p.m. Where exactly are you supposed to move it, and why advertise this as free parking in the first place? Finally, you have to use their parking (still under construction, safety?) for EUR 30/day.

Overall, I really don’t understand all the positive reviews. You won’t be missing anything by booking another hotel nearby — especially since there are options that cost only a fraction of the price.
