Excellent séjour ! Hôtel très agréable, propre et bien entretenu. Accueil chaleureux, personnel sympathique et disponible. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Tout était parfait, je recommande vivement cet établissement et y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Cons:

Deux petites suggestions pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable : prévoir davantage de rangements pour les vêtements, notamment une armoire, ce qui serait appréciable pour un séjour à deux ou en famille. Personnellement, cela ne m’a pas dérangé, puisque je voyageais seul, davantage dans un cadre professionnel que familial.
La climatisation pourrait également être un peu plus silencieuse.
Ces remarques sont uniquement constructives, car pour le reste, tout était excellent et j’ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour !

Idealna opcja na parę dni :)
Pros:

Widok z okna na morze. Duża łazienka. Pokoj był codziennie sprzątany i wymieniane były ręczniki. W pobliżu pyszna lodziarnia. Dobrze, że jest dostępny ( płatny dodatkowo parking )

Perfekter Ort mit guter Lage um ein paar Tage Sizilien zu genießen

Staff were great, breakfast was great. Need new mattresses.
Pros:

Julia at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was awesome. It was very clean.

Cons:

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Giardini-Naxos itself was a little more run down than I had anticipated. Not the hotel, though, it was very well maintained.

Very disappointing experience despite the great reviews

We chose this hotel because of its excellent reviews. The room was clean and breakfast was nice. Unfortunately, our experience was very different from what we expected.

From the moment we arrived the room was extremely noisy: construction, the road outside and the neighbouring rooms. We could hear every toilet flush, every tap, every phone call and conversation. When we asked reception for help, we were told there was nothing they could do and that if a room became available the next day and cost more, we would have to pay the difference.

After morning of waking up from the noise, we told them we we will ask booking help if they cannot support. From that part they were kind and promised us a refund. We booked another hotel, but despite following up several times, the hotel denies having agreed to it. In the end, we paid twice for the same nights and spent part of our holiday dealing with this instead of enjoying Sicily. That’s the only hotel we had problems with.

I'm sharing this so others can make an informed choice. Something here with the comment is unauthentic, please take this into account.
