Clean and comfortable
Pros:

Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Free coffee in seating area was a nice touch.

Cons:

The foyer and hallways were freezing. Why keep the a/c so low when it wasn't hot outside?

El hotel estaba bien, pero hacia el lado opuesto de la ciudad, lejos para andar a pie. Para ir al centro y los atractivos principales con bus. Precio muy económico pero alejado de todo.

When I visit Kyoto again I know where I'll stay again
Pros:

Everything. Good room. Free washing machines. Really nice staff (they gave us really good restaurant recommendations). Considering the price the room was excellent. Really good shower as well

Cons:

The location isn't perfect but it is good enough. Definitely not a big problem.

Framboise Hotel-Best in Kyoto
Pros:

Thank you for maintaining a first-class property. The room is exceptionally great. We had an amazing experience during our stay, and the hotel's convenient location. We especially loved the lounge area, which offered complimentary coffee, free foot massages, and free laundry services. These thoughtful amenities made our stay even more comfortable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again!
