Pros:

Clean and quiet room in the annex building.

Cons:

During checking, the man who welcomes you has a very special personality. He orders you to sit down, etc. He really can't multitask, so you can't even ask a quick question while he's doing something. This can come across as rude.
Breakfast could be improved.

Amazing stay in Kawaguchiko
Pros:

Great stay by the Mount Fuji. We chose the annex room with the open air bath. The annex consists only of 4 or 5 rooms and is very quiet. There are also private parking spaces for the hotel guests. The terrace in the room offers corner view of the Mount Fuji and you can relax in the open air bath. The staff is very kind and helpful - the check in is until 8:00 PM and we realized this at 7:45 PM when we were in Kofu. We called the front desk and they kindly agreed to wait 15 minutes for us - thank you again so much for this! We will definitely visit this hotel again on our next Japan trip.

Cons:

Breakfast offered in the annex could have been better.

Overall good and comfortable stay with excellent location and cozy atmosphere.
Pros:

Excellent location, cozy room with Mount Fuji visible from the room itself. Family mart downstairs which was very convenient.

Cons:

Owner was very hard on following rules, no early check in was given despite requests while occupancy was low that day.

Vista dalla stanza. Si vedeva il Monte Fuji dalla finestra. Poter scegliere uno slot per fare colazione. Disponibilità.

Cons:

Avevamo scelto orario colazione, ma appena arrivati dovevano ancora incominciare a prepararla. Quindi abbiamo aspettato 20min. Il problema era che avevamo un Taxi prenotato, quindi, quell'attesa ha fatto sì che i tempi erano un pó stretti dopo.

Pros:

Location was perfect, the women offering breakfast, the fact that it is just above Family mart which is opet 24/7 so at any time one needs something it can just simply go downstairs and buy it.

Cons:

The hotel reception staff (man) was slightly late and stresses at the check in so it was not a nice experience. I was traveling alone and was asked to give the passports from everyone. I was saying I am alone and he would repeat three times that I need to give passporst from the group and asked me do I speak english?!? Than one guy just steped in and said that I am not with them. The women was standing with the baby next to her husband and he was constantly repeating to her to sit down. After this everything was really nice.

Pros:

立地、お値段ベッドもタオルも質が良く大変満足でした。
山梨に伺う際はまた利用したいです

Cons:

宿泊者以外もコンビニのイスとテーブルを利用されていて
国籍によっては賑やかな時間も有りましたが
問題はないです。
コンビニのスタッフさんも居てくれるし安心

舒適又便利的住宿
Pros:

地點方便，前面就是觀光巴士紅線，班次多。
這次住別館，很有民宿的舒適感，房間空間也很大，牆壁隔音做的很好，門關上完全聽不懂外面的聲音。早餐的麵包很好吃

Cons:

房間在樓梯後方，如果有人上下樓梯會有蹦蹦蹦的聲音。
房間內的咖啡杯可能因為明顯沒人用過就沒清潔，灰塵滿多的。

幸好第一天有看到富士山，第二三天下雨富士山就神隱了～但風景還是很不錯的。位置極佳。
Pros:

走去環湖步道只需2分鐘～房數少很清幽～旁邊就有吃飯的地方和便利商店，公車站牌也非常近。房間舒適。

Pros:

This place blew us away. The open-air bath with a direct view of Mount Fuji is something we'll remember for a long time — an absolutely magical experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the lake is literally a two-minute walk from the front door. On top of that, there are two convenience stores right next to the hotel, which is incredibly handy. If you're visiting the Fuji area, don't hesitate — this is where you want to stay.

Good stay
Pros:

Good location to view Mt Fuji especially in the morning, you can walk to lake side to take pictures of Mt Fuji. Clean room and bathroom. Smooth check-in, send estimated arrival time to hotel so the receptionist is still around even I arrived at 5pm.

Cons:

There is no elevator to upper floor, don't bring heavy luggage

Pros:

I especially liked the service of the hotel staff, from the receptionist to the dining room staff and everyone we met at the hotel. The dinner and breakfast were great. The private oncen was also excellent

Value stay in Kawaguchiko
Pros:

It was a good location with a bus stop right there and a Family Mart below. Also a quick walk to the path around the lake.

Cons:

Lobby is only staffed from 3:00pm to 10:00. This made storing luggage after check out challenging.

There was a smell in the room. I’m not sure if from the store below but it was present. We did get used to it after being in the room for a bit.
