Very comfortable stay in a very picturesque location. Good value too.
Pros:

Big family room and big beds. Great location with konbini attached and car parking. Delicious freshly baked cakes everyday. Friendly staff.

Cons:

No bike rental. Aircon was a bit weaker

Pros:

The hotel is in a very peaceful location near the lake. Great for morning walks.
Our room was a good size and very clean and comfortable. Not a lot of restaurants close by but the ones that we went to were very nice. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable.

Cons:

It advertised that there is cable TV but this is only in the common room and not the actual room. No biggy, didn't come to Japan to watch tv
