Pros:

Clean and comfortable- very helpful staff who moved our luggage for us into the annex where we were staying- separate block just by the main hotel- and helped us book a taxi on our last day. Very nice breakfast. Very near beautiful walk round the lake with great views. There is a good bike rental place ten minutes walk westwards from the hotel where you can rent pedaloes.

Cons:

It’s a quiet area but the few restaurants which are there are very nice

Ha sido de las habitaciones más espaciosas de todo el viaje...Súper bien ubicado, equidistante de los principales puntos de interés...Permite efectuar caminatas al amanecer para ir hasta la zona del parque Oishi, con vistas espectaculares del Monte Fuji...Tiene un Kombini al costado de la recepción...Así que todo genial!

Pros:

Während wir von unserem Zimmer keinen Blick auf den Fuji hatten, waren es nur wenige Gehminuten zum Kawaguchi-See mit toller Aussicht. Nebenbei war unser Zimmer angenehm groß. Besonders hervorzuheben ist ansonsten das Frühstück, welches uns sehr geschmeckt hat. Die dafür zuständige Frau war insgesamt toll.

O hotel é maravilhoso! As pessoas extremamente atenciosas e solícitas. Nos ajudaram na chegada, nos deram dicas, guardaram nossa bagagem….o tratamento e a atenção foi uma coisa fora de série! O quarto nos deu uma noite tão bem dormida que não temos palavras! Eu voltaria mil vezes

Frühstück liebevoll zubereitet, vier Auswahlmöglichkeiten, damit waren wir alle sehr zufrieden.
Family Mart direkt im Gebäude, war perfekt!
Zimmer groß und geräumig, für 4 köpfige Familie total ausreichend. Der direkte Blick auf den Fuji ist fabelhaft:-)

Cons:

Die Lage ist eigentlich gut und die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, die Busse kommen auch mehrmals die Stunde aber noch vor 20 Uhr ist dann auch Schluss.Dann sitzt man im Hotel und auch da passiert nix mehr. Dann müsste man ein Taxi nehmen oder am besten man nimmt sich nen Mietwagen.
