Pros:

This place blew us away. The open-air bath with a direct view of Mount Fuji is something we'll remember for a long time — an absolutely magical experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the lake is literally a two-minute walk from the front door. On top of that, there are two convenience stores right next to the hotel, which is incredibly handy. If you're visiting the Fuji area, don't hesitate — this is where you want to stay.

Good stay
Pros:

Good location to view Mt Fuji especially in the morning, you can walk to lake side to take pictures of Mt Fuji. Clean room and bathroom. Smooth check-in, send estimated arrival time to hotel so the receptionist is still around even I arrived at 5pm.

Cons:

There is no elevator to upper floor, don't bring heavy luggage

Pros:

I especially liked the service of the hotel staff, from the receptionist to the dining room staff and everyone we met at the hotel. The dinner and breakfast were great. The private oncen was also excellent

Value stay in Kawaguchiko
Pros:

It was a good location with a bus stop right there and a Family Mart below. Also a quick walk to the path around the lake.

Cons:

Lobby is only staffed from 3:00pm to 10:00. This made storing luggage after check out challenging.

There was a smell in the room. I’m not sure if from the store below but it was present. We did get used to it after being in the room for a bit.

Atención del recepcionista nefasta

La habitación era grande, buena ubicación en el lago pero sin vistas

El recepcionista nos trató fatal de entrada con muchas faltas de respeto, sin ningún motivo, y no solo a nosotros sino también a una pareja, nos hizo sentarnos a leernos las normas del alojamiento como si estuviéramos en la escuela tanto a nosotros como a la otra pareja, sus caras eran de no creérselo, con múltiples faltas de respeto, a mi me hizo ir a mover al momento el coche a una zona de huéspedes cuando lo tenía aparcada en un parking público sin coches que no molestaba a nadie, en serio tiene pinta de ser una persona con alguna enfermedad o TOC, si es así, lo respeto, pero no debería de estar de cara al público, que somos sus clientes/ invitados y veníamos cansados tras más de 4 horas de viaje, luego no nos dejó hacer check in antes de las 3 porque según él estaban limpiando, pues cuando llegamos nos encontramos hasta un trapo en el suelo.

다시 오고싶은 멋진 호텔입니다.

일본식 아침식사인데 단출하지만 맛있었어요.평화롭게 호숫가를 산책할 수 있어서 행복했습니다.
다음에 오게된다면 동네 주변의 아사마 신사나 호숫가 주변 길만을 다시 걷고싶습니다.
꼭 필요한 것만 있는데도 조용하고 바람 선선해서 아무 부족함없는 느낌입니다.

어딜 가나 오버투어리즘이라 택시나 버스를 이용하기가 편치않았습니다.버스는 제 시간에 호텔앞에 와서 잘 이용했어요. 가능하면 렌트카를 이용하거나, 도보로 움직이는 편이 좋을 것 같아요. 그렇지만 호텔 자체는 편안해서 다시 오고싶습니다.
아쉽다면 원래 밤에 별을 보고싶었는데 구름이 가득해서 못봤네요.후지산은 멋졌어요.

אהבנו את המיקום ,את זה שיש family mart צמוד
ואת זה שאפשר לראות את פוג'י מהחלון של החדר

אין מעלית,.
היינו עם מזוודה גדולה ושתיים קטנות . היה קשה להגיע איתן לחדר.
לא מנקים את החדר כל יום אלא פעם בשלושה ימים.
שביקשנו לשלוח את המזוודות למלון הבא שלחו אותנו לfamily mart מסתבר שהם עושים שליחת מזוודות רק למזוודות קטנות. מזוודות של 23 קג הם לא שולחים , נאלצנו לנסוע לסניף של Yamato

Séjour très sympa
Pros:
