Beyond great expectations!!!!

Everything was excellent! Customer service was amazing! Dervise was on staff and he worked the front desk...most respectful young man...Customer service was perfect! We need more people in the world 🌎 like him..definitely coming back!!!

3rd Times a charm
Pros:

Making my pilgrimage back home from Michigan again and stayed here for the third time!! The first time I ever stayed, there was a hiccup with my days aince I accidentally booked price line… katelyn helped sort it out for me and rebooked me thru ihg which was a big help. That was 2 years ago and I’m back for my 3rd trip. And I will be back again!! It’s clean. Staff go above and beyond. Breakfast is delicious. I have nothing bad TJ say. I WILL be back!!

The best hotel ever
Pros:

This hotel is EXCELLENT. The staff is absolutely amazing! Everyone was so kind and accommodating. They even have a text line for in case you need anything! Katelyn was wonderful and provided me with excellent food recommendations and checked in on me every time she saw me! Everyone on the staff was great and helpful. On top of all of that, my room was spotless and cozy. Thank you for the lovely stay everyone! This is genuinely the best hotel stay I have ever had. I can’t say enough great things!
