Muy buenas instalaciones. Zona inmejorable, cerca de la estación central, lo que es importante si pretendes moverte para conocer el país. Amplitud y habitación tipo suite muy cómoda y agradable. Tienen en cada planta una fuente de agua fría y dentro de la habitación una botella de cristal para poder rellenar.
Cada día ponen a tu disposición cápsulas de café, té y leche en la habitación.
La verdad es que todo estuvo muy bien.

The price is quite high.
The desk person was very kind and was able to check us in early. The room was spacious, the location was fantastic. Right in the heart of everything and on a canal. Very easy walking, aside from the bikes! Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of foods. My only issue was the shower pan was very slippery. Watch out!

We spent 3 nights here during the heatwave last week.
We arrived early but our room was ready for us within half an hour.
I had booked a superior canal view room which was large with a huge, comfortable bed and triple aspect windows overlooking the canal. The air conditioning worked well and there was also a fridge in the room.
The shower room was also excellent with a powerful shower.
The breakfast room is large, with a good selection of items - everything that you need, and the lady greeting us each morning was lovely - full of smiles and greetings.
We experienced no noise, either from inside or outside the hotel.
The only downside is that there is no bar here - the restaurant closes at 6pm so there is nowhere to enjoy a nightcap (only a minor point)
There are plenty of bars and restaurants very close by, and only a 5 minute walk to the tram stop for the central station.
