Great location
La cadena NH nunca defrauda y es símbolo de calidad. Este hotel no podía ser menos. Muy bien ubicado. El desayuno es muy bueno y tiene gran variedad. Las camas super cómodas. La amabilidad del hotel también es muy destacable. Nos dejaron subir a la habitación antes de tiempo y nos guardaron el equipaje al salir hasta que ya nos fuimos definitivamente de Ámsterdam.

El acceso es mediante escaleras. No ha resultado un problema para nosotros, pero para discapacitados no es adecuado.

De locatie in het centrum van Amsterdam was fantastisch. Het hotel heeft een parkeergarage, die wel duur is.
Het is een uitdaging om de verlichting uit te krijgen. Het is erg onduidelijk, zodat ik er hulp bij moest hebben. Waarom geen gebruiksaanwijzing?

The staff was not friendly at all. GianLuca took ages do the checkin without a single smile or explanation.

El desayuno muy bueno, rico y variado. La ubicacion excelente se podía llegar a todas partes caminando. El personal atendía muy bien, se esforzaban a comunicarse con uno. Todo limpio y ordenado. La habitacion un poco chica pero las camas comodas y buena vista hacia la ciudad.
Que el bar restaurant nunca lo encontramos abierto para poder comer en la noche. Decía que atendía hasta las 20:00 y a pesar de pasar temprano estaba cerrado. Nos aseguraron que el taxi al aeropuerto que la recepción contactó cobraba una tarifa fija, pero el chofer nos cobro mucho mas caro. Nos sentimos estafados. Fue el dia de la huelga del transporte publico.
It’s a good hotel—clean and centrally located—but the woman at the reception was very rude to us. That is why I won’t stay at this hotel again, even though the rest of the staff was very polite.

Check-in esnasında rezervasyonda belirtmiş olmamama rağmen çift kişilik yatak olmadığı iletildi. Sonra bir şekilde organize eidldi. Dil problemi olan kişiler için zor olabilirdi.

Rooms a little dated and in need of a refresh
Our room was perfect. We had a view of the canal which was lovely. It is centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. The staff were very friendly & accommodating to our needs.
