All staff were very helpful
We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a canal view room, and the ceiling height was so high that it gave the room a super luxe feel. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was small, and the shower had a tub with a high wall - it was fine for us, but if mobility is a problem, that is something to know for sure. We were traveling with others, and our rooms were next to one another, which was convenient. We paid for early check-in, and I love that it was an option and for a reasonable price. Our flight in arrived early in the morning, so it was great to have access to freshen up and leave our bags after an overnight flight.
The location was great! Not too far from many major attractions, restaurants, and more. The front desk team were so helpful as well! I would stay again.

No wardrobes
Perfect for what we needed. We had 3 rooms and all 3 were clean. Decent location because we could walk to a lot of things. The restaurant was really slow but other than that it was a good place to stay.
Nobody told us that there is a lift for our heavy luggage, there are some stairs in the entrance and it was not easy to go upstairs to the reception . The room was too small, smaller than it was announced

Gostei muito do atendimento da equipe de recepção e da cozinha (café da manhã). Muito atenciosos e simpáticos, o que é importante quando estamos fora do país. Localização excelente. Lugar tranquilo, muitas opções para refeições e supermercado nas imediaçãoes.
Achei tudo bom e se for a Amsterdam novamente, vou ficar nesse hotel.

I stayed at the nh city center Amsterdam for 6 nights with my family and it was perfect. The location is great, the staff is helpful, breakfast was rich and tasty and I honestly don't have something bad to say about it.
