Es un hotel con muchas comodidades, buena ubicacion en pleno centro de la ciudad, la recepcion es muy atenta y el desayuno buffet de muy buen nivel

Bastante conforme.
Pros:

El personal excelente muy predispuesto siempre tantos los de recepción y servicios de limpiezas. Tb las instalaciones bastante bien, solo algunos detalles.

Cons:

En general me gustó todo, para colaborar faltó una toalla para cada de Uspedes, un piso en baño para minimizar algún riesgo de la bañera tb un pósito dentro de la bañera . Un perchero en dormitorio.
Resto todo muy bien

With several things to be improved
Pros:

Location so central in downtown. Nice lobby area.

Cons:

Do NOT like that the Booking.com rate does NOT include breakfast
Desktop computer in the lobby is very old and many websites are not able to be browsed.
I was charged wrongly regarding the local IVA

Pros:

Muy amable el personal el señor que nos recibio un crack, desayuno regular pero bien por el precio.

Cons:

No me gusto que la habitación tenga una puerta compartida con los vecinos de al lado… se sentia mucho los ruidos de las personas cuando hablaban y se reian fuerte. Lo demas todo ok

Habitacion muy amplia, comoda, limpia y ventilada

Cons:

En la habitación habia solo 2 mantas a disposicion para taparse y justo nos tocaron dias de frío, la habitacion 332 el enchufe al lado de la cama al lado de la ventana no andaba por lo que fue complicado cargar el celular en la noche y haciendo referwncia a los enchufes al haber un solo tipo se complicaba para enchufar computadoras celulares secador de pelo etc. Por lo que tuvimos que comprqr adaptadores fuera.
