Lovely hotel very comfortable friendly staff Great location
The lift is a bit slow
Breakfast was fine. I only had granola and fruit.
Staff were excellent.
It's just a bit tired and could do with some cash been spent on it.
The key lock on the doors was annoying I had to try about 10 times before it allowed me in.
Slow drain of water in the bathroom.. but lots of pillows. Comfy bed..lovely and quiet
Location was good near the quayside and short walk to the city centre.
Staff were friendly especially the porter, very helpful.

Was not made aware of renovation work taking place before we stayed.
Parts of the room was tired and in need of refurbishing, perhaps that’s what the building work was.
Hair on the dressing table seats, mould on the bathroom ceiling. Did not have a hot shower the whole time I was there, it was lukewarm.

The parking charge, stayed here many times to be hit with a £20 a night charge when it said free parking when booked was a bit wrong so probably look else we’re in future sadly sal
Friendly staff and great food
Room 207 was dark and dingy, you can hear a generator or air con unit powering outside all night, which is quite bad.
The hotel charges £20 a night to park, so unless you drive a very posh car then add parking too.
Will be the last time we stay here when you can park at other hotels for free

Rooms very tired and in need of modernising.
Great central location and the 2 guys in charge of parking are always excellent and very helpful
Parking used to be free and the 2 guys could move cars to fit more in. Its now £20 a night to park but the hotel didn’t tell me until AFTER I booked- if felt like I’d be mugged
Also they’ve cancelled the 2 guys insurance so they can’t move cars- I hope they’re not going to get rid of the 2 of them
