Location
Bit noisy
The room, location, breakfast, facilities and the staff were excellent. Well worth the price we paid and we would not hesitate in returning in the future.
Nothing
Location is great. Great character building
No A/C. Very uncomfortable pillows.
We have stayed here lots of times and it central to the city centre
We ate in the hotel on the Sunday evening our waiter Ryan was very polite and very friendly, we had breakfast on the Monday morning paid full price , as when we checked in we were not informed that we could of got a discount on two breakfast’s if we had paid when we checked in
It was clean & tidy & the staff were helpful & polite
There was some building work going on during our stay which was unsightly on the eye I paid an extra £50 incase anything was used from the mini bar, upon leaving we totted up we’d spent £31 on the mini bar & I expected the remainder of the £50 balance refunded however i received numerous calls & emails saying I owed them £3 & could I pay the bill immediately 🤨🤔 all in all it did dampen my stay a little.
The locality, close to everywhere, very central. Beautiful hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful.
The view from our room, It looked out to the back of the hotel and all we could see was another wall of the building.
Location was good

Waiting for £50 deposit back
Location was spot on
The staff did not fully explain the check-in procedure. I was originally informed that once the booking was completed, nothing further would be required other than receiving a confirmation email, and that there was no cancellation policy issue mentioned at the time.
I made the booking on behalf of my son and his partner while I was out of town, so I was surprised to later be told that my physical card would also be required upon arrival. In addition, a £50 holding fee was taken and I still have not received this back.
I contacted the hotel to clarify the situation, and the member of staff I previously spoke with gave conflicting information regarding the card requirements. Overall, the communication was very poor and the staff clearly need better training to ensure customers are properly informed before booking.
Very disappointing experience — I would advise others to stay clear.
De centrale ligging, vriendelijke personeel, goed ontbijt.
Geluid van de afzuiginstallatie in de badkamer
No mention of the on going a refurbishment, down to one lift therefore the wait was ridiculous, room was located on the 9th floor facing the railway so train noise was disruptive and still awaiting a reply regarding a ticket refund
