Good.
Pros:

The location was perfect!! & the room super clean. Housekeeping is top notch.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t comfortable, one side was soft, dipped but the other side much better, firmer. We would have like a consistent comfy bed.

Room and the meals was excellent and I'd stay there again, if voucher and liqueur glass were solved
Pros:

Room facilities were excellent in comfort and cleanliness. Staff were friendly and helpful and meals were excellent, too.

Cons:

Two small gripes I have which took the shine off saying the whole stay was excellent. Having spent over $150 for two of us on our dinner, and finishing with a Drambuei only to have it served in a water glass , I found poor. Putting the "Do not Disturb" sign on my door each morning gained me $8 vouchers, which I took down to Breakfast on the last day, only to be told I could only use one at a time, so was diddled out of my other $8. Such small things to complain of, I know, but make the whole adventure for me just a little short of top marks.

Would recommend this hotel and would stay again
Pros:

Great location to explore Hobart. Staff were excellent. Comfortable bed. Room was well set out even with a cute balcony. Good value for money.

Cons:

Honestly can’t think of anything to complain about.

Convenient place to stay, clean, excellent staff. Too noisy for us but if this doesn’t bother you very good.
Pros:

The property is central, has good parking facilities although it’s $17.50 per night that’s to be expected in the middle of Hobart. Has EV charging readily available too. The room was spacious. The staff were exceptional, all very friendly and went above and beyond IMO. The 11am checkout time was appreciated.

Cons:

Bathroom very small and pokey for a room that sleeps four, needs somewhere to hang towels and put clothes, could do with an upgrade.
Rooms very thin walled, could hear every guest in every adjacent room, as well as all street noise and night clubs. Beds a bit flimsy and moved around a lot.

Nit a 5 star property but certainly great value. Will stay here again.
Pros:

Clean through the whole property. Beds comfortable and excellent shower!

Cons:

No amenities in the bathroom, only hand soap and shampoo. No other bits and pieces that you usually find in hotels.

Comfortable and family-friendly
Pros:

Location was great and staff were super friendly. Breakfast buffet was great - kids were obsessed with the pancake machine!

Cons:

There didn’t appear to be any soundproofing in rooms or between levels. Our first night it was very difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep as the people in the room above us were moving around loudly. Not sure if they were stomping or if the sound proofing was not great, but it was so loud
