Pros:

Awesome spot, loved the laundry machine and kitchentte.

Cons:

Rating a 9 because both chairs in my unit were very sketchy. If I leaned back on either, they would have broke.

Not recommended for families with younger kids!
Pros:

Clean toilet and bathroom. Decent lobby for this accommodation level.

Cons:

Not convenient for families with younger kids. Small table and fridge. Not well connected to the central station (poor bus service even though only 2-3 stops away from the central station)

I like that was very clean and well organise . There was a coffe machine available with good expresso coffe

Cons:

I didn't like the access to the balconi because was very hard. A little extra walk for some trains connection

Kyoto stay
Pros:

Enjoyed everything about our stay, comfortable beds, basic amenities provided for our stay. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, washer for clothes.
Spacious room.

Cons:

It was a good 25 minutes walking to Kyoto station, subway was 220 yen and was about 10 minutes from hotel.

Great value for money
Pros:

A spacious, well-equipped room with AC and washing machine. The small kitchen table with electric stove and kettle was very convenient! Location was ok, a bit further away from metro and the center, but a calm neighbourhood walking distance to Fujimi Inari shrine and some good restaurants and a konbini nearby.
The luggage storage service in the Guest Service Center near Kyoto station was very convenient, we used it both before check in (when they also transported the luggage to Fuga) and on the check out day (you need to take the luggage there yourself).

Cons:

I was missing bowls or bigger plates from the kitchen equipment. I only found 2 small plates.
