Don't annoy yourself with staying in this hotel.
Pros:

Just location and staff.

Cons:

This hotel is not a wonderful 4-star hotel, as advertised in booking.com. It is at most a mediocre 3-star hotel.
Wifi quality is awful.
The room smells damp.
Bathroom smells unpleasant.
Breakfast is of low range food, with no variety.

I don't recommend this hotel at all.

Amazing Staff
Pros:

The Staff at this hotel were outstanding. Ahmed on the front desk was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. My wife got quite sick and Ahmed advised us on a doctor and the kitchen staff organised special meals for her. They even gave us a late check out.
The hotel itself is really well designed and very clean.
Thank you Ahmed and the Kloe team!

Zeer attent personeel!
Pros:

Mooi ingericht hotel voorzien van alle gemakken! We waren door problemen met de vlucht pas om 07:00 s ochtends in het hotel. Bij vertrek wat lekkers meegekregen omdat ze het zo vervelend voor ons vonden.

Cons:

Enige minpuntje is dat het ontbijt met 1 drankje is. Voor een extra bakje koffie moet je bijbetalen.

Comfortable, Great Staff, Good Location
Pros:

Friendly staff, we had a courtyard room (207) which overlooked the pool. Very quiet, minimal noise. A 10 minute walk to the mono rail, and even less to the Pavilion, which has over 700 shops.
Our room was clean and comfortable, bed and pillows both great. And although we were late starting one morning, we were still able to get breakfast (it was in our room rate). Many hotels have a cut off time when breakfast finishes.

Cons:

Nothing.

That is awesome! It is always a great bonus when a work trip or course turns into an unexpected, relaxing mini-getaway (
Pros:

Good location. I am attending course at 1 Accelerate, which is near the area about 6 min walkaway.
Received friendly, helpful and resourceful info from KLOE staff.

Topverblijf op een toplocatie
Pros:

Wat een oase van rust middenin de drukte van de stad. De lobby is supergezellig ondanks de industriële aankleding. Het personeel is echt uitermate vriendelijk. Het ontbijt… gewoon TOP! Het is geen buffet, je kan één gerecht en één drankje uitkiezen, maar ze zijn allemaal zó lekker!!!

Cons:

Om toch iets te zeggen: het zwembad is niet zo gezellig, maar zeker voldoende voor een verfrissende duik.

Second experience
Pros:

Top location if you want to walk TRX, Pavilion, KLCC (this one is further). Room looks and feels average (3 star). This time my shower trap was blocked and flooded. Not nice experience. Shampoo and shower gel ran out first day I checked in. Should have done a room check before letting guests check in. But they were apologetic and quick to replenish. Reception staff polite and helpful. Breakfast (add on) is good. My second visit.

The little free “old school” Malaysian snacks were a really nice touch.
