Nous avions la chambre DRAW’ROOM, carrement un loft!
Immense avec une cuisine, salle de dessin salon, une grande chambre et une salle de bains, mur brut tres industriel avec des rangements,
Pas loin de la rue principale à 10mns a pieds des restos,centre commerciaux, aucune insécurité le soir,
Le personnel est vraiment sympa, en particulier RIEYTA à l´acceuil et ADRIN le concierge, merci a eux pour leur gentillesse !
Le petit dej est sympa, plusieurs choix d’assiettes servis sur des tables a partager dans le hall de l’hotel,
Une vraie belle decouverte !

Loved my stay here! The hotel has an incredible design and a unique concept.
The breakfast was good, the pool was very clean, and there’s a nice space to work on the first floor. The staff were very helpful and responsive, even helping me book a Grab.
It was also a lovely touch that the staff congratulated me on my birthday.
I think if you plan to use public transport and travel longer distances, the location might not be the most convenient, as it’s about a 15-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. For me, it wasn’t a problem, as I mostly stayed around the city centre, and taxis are quite affordable. I could also walk to the main attractions, which were around 20 minutes away.
Wir waren absolut begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Chloe Hotel in Kuala Lumpur! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück: den ganzen Tag à la carte, unglaublich lecker und von außergewöhnlich hoher Qualität. Das war für uns ein echtes Highlight.
Das gesamte Personal war unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Überall haben wir liebevolle Details entdeckt, die den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht haben – zum Beispiel die kleine kostenlose Snackbox auf dem Zimmer. Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und trotz der Lage zur Straße angenehm ruhig. Dass uns vorsorglich trotzdem Ohrstöpsel bereitgestellt wurden, fanden wir besonders aufmerksam.
Auch unsere Wünsche wurden jederzeit berücksichtigt. Ob wir die Zimmerreinigung einmal früher oder später haben wollten, darauf wurde ganz unkompliziert eingegangen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
The design of the hotel is really nice. Very modern, and the rooms are also nice. Just a little small but comfortable.
The WiFi connections are not that good. I had to work during my stay and I keep disconnected from my online meetings.
Hotel was located in a super cemtralized location, minutes away from klcc, trx, pavillion. Room was decent.
If you drive the road into the hotel premise and carpark is a bit tight so becareful.
To be honest all went well, till breakfast. I ordered ala carte, as I did not get the breakfast set with my hotel booking. I ordered the salmon and cream cheese, cost 36rm for 1 slice of sourdough, 3-4 pieces of salmon, cream cheese and some garnish. To be honest i expected abit more than what was served. Like perhaps 1 more slice of the sourdough bread.. to make it a sandwich. Or am i wrong. My benchmark being kenny hills pricing and portion size.

The location was amazing very close to the KLCC area.
The staff at the cafe for the breakfast, one particular lady (short hair) was very rude and hostile. Did not enjoy the breakfast as the options were limited I assumed it would be self serve.The amenities were not stock up when the room was cleaned and the bedding was not changed when the room was cleaned
My room was comfortable and secure, with great aircon and a comfortable bed. I liked the pool and on site cafe for coffee and breakfast, as most places are a good 10 minute walk away.
There was mould on the tiles in my shower.

Room facilities needs more maintenance. floor tiles were loose. Need a bigger table to do work inside the room
