A pleasant stay in a controversial metropolis

Mi è piaciuto molto il design , l’area comune , letto molto comodo e doccia molto valida . La posizione utilizzando Grab e andando a piedi e’ ottima .

Purtroppo avevamo bisogno della piscina per un nostro figlio atleta che doveva fare degli esercizi particolari motivo per cui abbiamo scelto questa struttura ad un giorno dall’arrivo ci è stata inviata una mail dicendo che a causa di lavori per un giorno sarebbe stata impraticabile , beh i giorni sono diventati 2 e poi 3 e questo per noi è stato un disguido molto importante e nessuno dello staff ha cercato di rimediare questo purtroppo , con tutta la comprensione ha creato malumore e problemi a noi poi con la squadra di basket per cui gioca

This hotel and their entire staff offer 7 star service and we will always stay here from now on.
Pros:

The hotel facilities are industrial hip and very comfortable. Great location, secreted away from the main road but reasonably close to everything. I had an accident while out exploring and the entire staff from the managers, front desk, to the cafe were incredibly helpful and took care of my travel partner while I was in hospital and looked after us both when I returned. Special thanks to Ahmad, Zara, Heiqal, Ari, Yvonne, Fariz (hope I mentioned everyone who went out of their way to help us). We are so grateful for the warm, caring hospitality and will always come back to stay when we are in Kuala Lumpur. Best hotel and staff I’ve ever experienced and I’ve stayed at plenty around the world.

Cons:

We love this hotel. I did read the reviews and there was a comment about street noise but we heard nothing from our room. There was absolutely nothing that they wouldn’t help us with. The facilities are pretty perfect and the entire staff from the kitchen, to the housekeepers and especially the managers and the front desk were so caring and always had a welcoming smile.

Stylish city stay
Pros:

Beautiful calm, quiet hotel, hidden from the busy streets. Aesop products in the bathroom and fresh water in the rooms. Comfortable beds and my room was quiet. Front of house staff very friendly and helpful - as a solo traveller felt very safe and cared for. Breakfast and coffee was good.

Cons:

Check in was quite slow as there was only 1 staff member on the reception to check in/check out multiple guests - would suggest a digital option for those in a rush or for busy times. Hotel entrance quite hidden which confused some taxi drivers. All westerised so don't really get a sense of being in Malaysia. This might be a bonus for some travellers but I personally prefer getting a sense of the identity of the country I'm in from my stay. However, none of this detracted from a great stay.

I corridoi delle camere sono aperti essendo l’hotel vicino ad una strada principale e che la città non dorme mai c’era molto rumore di traffico che si sentiva dalla porta d’entrata, ho dovuto mettere k tappi per poter dormire. La colazione che non avevamo incluso è a la carré ma abbastanza ristretta e il locale dove fare colazione è più uno spazio condiviso di passaggio davanti alla reception diciamo che la percezione del luogo dove effettuare la colazione è più da pre di un caffè e via. Dalle immagini mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di differente malgrado che la struttura fosse bella ed il personale gentile

Overall great and will 100% stay again!
Pros:

Loved the design, Aesop products in the rooms, the food was always really tasty! Within walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast is A La Carte and you can only choose one dish and one drink either coffee or juice. It would be perfect if they offered a selection of juices and coffee and some fruits/yoghurt self service! For me as 160cm woman the breakfast is sufficient but for my partner as a tall hungry man it wasn’t enough! A sauna by the pool would perfect the whole experience!
