Moderno y funcional
The pool is too shallow for swimming in, kept hitting the bottom when trying to do a short lap.
Also the check in took long time to process, was sitting waiting, perhaps on busy periods two staff would be better than one doing the admissions.

Hospitality was so welcoming, rooms clean and tidy, hotel service was very prompt and location is great close to a lot of attractions but far enough that you can have peace and quiet.
Lovely little hotel in a great location. Room is compact but comfortable and the A/C is great. View was reasonable. Breakfast is a small menu but really nice food.
Lot of exposed concrete. Feels like the hotel is not finished.

Posizione fantastica e struttura molto bella in generale, la piscina è meravigliosa, ottima per un pó di relax dopo una giornata in giro per la città al caldo.
La colazione ha decisamente poca scelta, la pulizia della camera andrebbe un pó migliorata (c'era polvere e si vedevano degli schizzi controluce sulla parete dietro il letto). Essendo un albergo molto attento ai dettagli ci si aspetterebbe altrettanta cura nella pulizia degli ambienti. Lo staff sempre gentilissimo, cortese e sorridente ma non ci è stato particolarmente utile nell'unica richiesta di aiutarci ad organizzare il trasferimento per il Taman negara.
Comunque lo sceglierei di nuovo perché è un bell'albergo in un'ottima posizione.
From the moment I entered the hotel, I knew I had made a good choice. The staff were so warm and welcoming and I love the vibe and style of the hotel. The room designs are very cool and the bed was huge and so comfortable. I slept so well here. The location is also fantastic. I could walk everywhere and there are restaurants and shopping opportunities within minutes away It's a special place and I'd love to go back some day!

This hotel is not a wonderful 4-star hotel, as advertised in booking.com. It is at most a mediocre 3-star hotel.
Wifi quality is awful.
The room smells damp.
Bathroom smells unpleasant.
Breakfast is of low range food, with no variety.
I don't recommend this hotel at all.

The Staff at this hotel were outstanding. Ahmed on the front desk was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. My wife got quite sick and Ahmed advised us on a doctor and the kitchen staff organised special meals for her. They even gave us a late check out.
The hotel itself is really well designed and very clean.
